Fred, the Chimney Sweep technican arrived on time. He was polite, courteous answering my questions, and completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. The inspection, cleaning, and repair went fast. Payment process worked first time with no drama. I would recommend Fred and his company to all chimney owners.

This was an excellent service at a very good price for the value received. My chimney had not been cleaned for a few years. Adrian came out assessed the situation and went right to work. He was fast, efficient, and complete. I couldn't be more pleased. He was able to replace the starter bar and he told me how to better care for my fireplace and chimney. We had our fireplace and chimney redone by Joshua from the Chimney Sweep (the fireplace completely cleaned and refurbished, the chimney lined, the cap replaced, mortar and a brick redone at the top, and a damper installed), and the results are stunningly beautiful! What an excellent job! We got prices from three chimney companies and chose the Chimney Sweep based on their excellent reviews, BBB rating, and Joshua’s initial expert assessment (in which he noted a code violation and serious safety hazard we needed to have fixed by a plumber. The other two companies did not point out this crucial issue). Joshua spent extra time answering all my questions—and actually made three trips to the house to complete all the work in coordination with the plumber. Today, he applied the chimney cap, which I realized—after it was installed—would go with our house better if it were painted black. Joshua had NO hesitation at all about taking the installed cap down and painting it for me and REINSTALLING it! I was impressed by his great attitude and customer service that far exceeded my expectations! We will be so happy to call the Chimney Sweep for all our future fireplace/chimney needs!
