I explained to technician that there was something in the chimney that was preventing the fumes to vent outside and that a plumber had checked for gas leaks. He told me I needed a whole new gas system which is crazy. He kept tying to sell me on services when all i wanted was for him to clean the chimney. The ladder he brought over wasn’t one you would bring to check the chimney for nest. It was almost comical!!!!

Professional service and did exactly what they said they would do, no changes on anything once we agreed upon product and price. Deep clean, furnace rebuild, and new chimney cap. We plan to use them for annual chimney cleans also!

Lowe’s Chimney Sweeps provided excellent service. The two workers completely cleaned and overhauled interior and exterior fireplaces. The fireplaces looked like new when they finished. We also ordered a new fireplace cap that prevents birds from entering the interior chimney. We are extremely happy with the Company and highly recommend the Company!
