Rani and his crew were great. They came out and completed my air duct and dryer vent cleaning along with inspecting my unit to make sure it was functioning well.

I had a d90 error on my dryer and called a few places for duct cleaning; quality air brothers was able to fit me in the next day.
Rani and his colleague were on time and fixed the issue in about an hour. They were able to clear out debris including a small birds nest that caused the blockage from the upstairs dryer duct. 4 stars for an efficient and quality job.

Two areas needing improvement: 1) price transparency— including tax, I was charged 4 times what I was initially quoted on the phone and listed on the website for duct cleaning ($100). Was told it was due to factors such as second story, stacked washer/ dryer, and birds nest. I did not dispute this amount (they fixed the issue) but it would be better to be up front about addl costs on the website/ phone. 2) clean up— the whole process is quite messy. They helped sweep the indoor portion of the debris. Would be helpful to bring a shop vacuum for the indoor and outdoor debris.

Addendum: I received a call from Orya (co-owner of the company) regarding this review. He offered to refund $100 in exchange for addending the review to 5 stars. He said that the pricing can be difficult to estimate based on the amount/ complexity of the job.

Great, friendly service! These guys were quick to respond to my inquiry. They were quick to get me on their schedule. When they came out, they were pretty thorough with the inspection and saved us from mold in the vents (yikes!)
They got to work pretty fast and remedied the issues in less than a couple of hours.
