My dryer vent was very dirty and even needed a new filter, I had no clue what was the issue when it stopped working. Gave them a quick call their team was able to come to my home & execute the situation, definitely will be using their services again.!

We had them come to clean our chimney back in December and they did a good job.
When they were here, one of the guys told us that our vents are “not just dirty but extremely dirty and needs cleaning”. They told us that they could not clean it that day as they were busy but to call back later.
They gave us a quote for $200-$250.
We called them and had them come out today to clean our vents as recommended and this time it was a different gentleman.
He told us that the vents do not need cleaning but our ducts and fan need cleaning.
It will be $500 but he recommended UV light cleaning for $1500.
I was confused. I told him that we were told that we needed our vents cleaned really badly but now somehow we don’t need it and we need something else more expensive.
After talking to my husband, we decided to wait to clean out ducts.
We then were asked to pay for inspection fee of $107.
I did not want to be rude so I paid.
When I thought about it, I felt
Ripped off as we were told by their company before that we needed something and that’s the service we were planning to receive and pay.
Now different person tells us we do not need it and when we refused to do more expensive service, we had to pay for inspection fee.
I’m not sure who was telling me the truth about our vents.
We are $107 short and did not get anything done.
