Last minute call last night for bunk AC repair. Got in first thing this morning. Found a few issues, all repaired same day ready rock n roll. My K9s appreciate the cold air as do I, and appreciate the quick service and having all the parts on hand, new upgraded AC PUMP, BELTS, PERCH MOUNT, EXP VALVE, ETC...

Great People! Got my Truck in right away, hooked up their Computer to my TK Evolution. Vacuumed down the System due to a High Pressure Code, then put Freon back in and Pressure came down. Let APU run for awhile, no Codes popped back up, sent me on my way.
UPDATE: left here yesterday and parked for night Yellow Triangle of Hell came back on. So went back at 9:00 am, Found that Switch that goes into Dryer was leaking. Replaced that, and at 5:00 pm we thought it was fixed poor tech was about to walk out to go home, and triangle was back on!! They noticed fan on Condenser was on but not spinning like it should. They stayed until almost 6:00 pm to make sure I left with NO more Codes. Again, Great people that are determined you leave Happy and fixed.

I am an automotive technician by career. I took my wife's van up here to get a/c fixed since they are one of the few that are certified in the specialized red dot systems. Upon pick up I looked over the invoice. I approve the diagnostic even though I already knew what the problem was. I know how shops function and you have to verify the issues yourself. I have no issue with that. The issue is they charged 300 dollars to clean the secondary a/c unit's condenser and evaporator. I crawled under the vehicle to look for myself as I always do to double check and make sure all the work was done and done properly. I find that the condenser was still covered in debris. (Pictures posted down below.) I take pictures and then show the service advisor that the all the services where not done. the service advisor then grabs the tech and tells him to go clean it. I'm watching as he opens the back where the evaporator is and he starts to clean that as well leading me to believe he never even completed those services in the first place. Had I not checked for myself and known what to look for I would have been charged money for services not done. The advisor did his job and made the go back over but it caused major delays as it should have been done when I came to pick it up. This unfortunately has caused me to doubt the services and quality of work having this been the first time using this shop.

UPDATE: the charges for the services were removed which I do appreciate, but it still put me an hour behind schedule. I'm still disappointed with the service. The technician that worked on it left his phone in the vehicle as well as some dirty rags, on top of that the seat was left soaking wet.

They would charge you 265 just for diagnostics then even if it take them 40 min to find problem . Then extra for each hr repairs. You will pay 1000$ for 3 hr work :(
