I had many units go down at one time and they sent Marcos to repair. I didn't think he would have them all ready by the next day but he did and he also stayed until they were all done. Summer heat in Texas is no joke and with all the A/C units running properly ,all the drivers were happy. I highly recommend Marcos and he's team for making sure we were taking care off.

Arriving at the service, they decided not to study the problem, said that everything was broken, everything needed to be replaced completely, the compressor, all the valves, everything together! and they rolled out a big bill. I refused. They said yes, fine, pay $200 for the check, I paid, came to another service, and there was no freon in the truck,!!! that is, they pumped out all the freon along with the oil!!! It is impossible to prove that they did it!! But mechanics know that the freon can evaporate, but the oil does not!!! Congratulations, you are on the black list of at least 15,000 truck drivers!

I was provided great service by Fidel and the team at Texas Truck AC. The team were super nice people and professional.They were able to squeeze my appointment in last minute. The service provided was very fast and efficient. I will definitely be back.

This shop is nothing less than amazing, with techs like Mr. Jeff Norris, any shop would be amazing. BY FAR THE MOST INFORMATIVE TECH IVE EVER HAD. Never did even one time have to wonder what was going on, his communication is as professional as it possibly can get. The shop was clean and his area matched his effort PERFECTION!! I will definitely come back if I ever need to and I will CERTAINLY recommend this shop EVERYTIME. Mr. Norris I sure hope you see this..... from my entire staff, we say THANK YOU!!

First time coming in and was greeted by very friendly staff. Julian was very helpful in getting my AC up and running. He was very informative and helpful in getting back on back in the road. Definitely would recommend paying this place a visit for your trucks needs and give them seven stars if possible. And don’t forget to ask for Julian!

Had a great experience , they were very helpful and pet friendly . Mechanics gave my dogs a big bucket of ice and water while we were waiting . I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their ac fixed . very honest American place .

I am extremely happy with the service on my husband's semi! Anthony was the service advisor for our trucks ac unit. He did an excellent job!! Excellent manners, answered my questions, made recommendations, etc.. I will be using, and referring others to your business from now on. cant say enough good things about this shop. came in as they closed, told them I had a hard deadline to get out for the next day. they brought the truck in that night, they stayed WAY past closing time. got the truck's ac colder then it ever has been. they also did the job no one wanted to do on my truck and get the bunk AC cold as well! Jacob and the crew are great there and I will be back.. thats if this breaks again! top notch service!

i’ve purchased my rigmaster apu unit from texas truck ac. a few years back. Very satisfied customer with the process and detailed explanation on how it worked. went back for internal issues and texas truck ac got it in and out the next day. highly recommend texas truck ac for all your apu and service needs. Good people got my truck in right away and got the work done professionally and accurate.

they did good Job, my problem got fix, but I feel they over charged me just made-up extra charge to charge me more.
1- diagnostic one charge of $240, 2- for test unit another $240.
plus, part capacitor $81. shop fee $25 + tax. total $676.36.
job about 1.50 hrs. but they kill time to make it 2hrs.

Last week I posted a very negative review because everything went wrong. My husband was over the road trucker over 30 years. We never trusted a/c work to anyone except ttac. In all these we have never had a problem. In and out quickly and expert work done. Company contacted me to see what could be done to rectify the issues. Because I moved to a town 9 hours away it makes it hard to return. My husband and I are Marines. We give our best we serve with the best and we have always considered ttac the best. The company is making sure I locate a reputable a/c shop here and they are going above and beyond to assist with financial issues that have arisen on repairs. Yes it was bad day all around with parts being delayed in traffic and lost, but we could never recommend another’s/c shop. They are experts in this field and customer service. We recommend ttac above all shops, that is why I drove 9 hours to get there.

I had the privilege of speaking with Anthony the service advisor about repairs needed for two of my trucks. Anthony and his crew went above and beyond to make sure all the repairs for both trucks were completed before they left for the weekend . I’m very satisfied with the quality of work that they performed.
