The man who came to my door was horrible. He called me to say he would be at my house at 3:00. He arrived at 3:55 & was furious that I would not let him in. He wanted to argue about 3:00 versus 3:50 & was just hateful. I knew that the time window was 2-4:00 but he called me & specifically said he’d be there at 3:00. How he thought it was alright to talk to me & treat me the way he did is mind boggling. It’s a shame because the gentleman I spoke to who scheduled the appointment was very professional.
