We were delighted to see that our previous technician, Mario Escobar , is now working for Excel. Thorough, professional and friendly . Previous experience with Mario tells me that Excel hires great people . Glad to have Excel on the job to keep our older geothermal system running at its best.

My Climate Master HVAC system stopped working in the middle of July. The company that installed it 7 years ago had gone out of business and I wasn't sure who to call. I checked out the google reviews and decided to give Excel Geothermal a try. I called their number, had a tech (Jeffrey) at my door in about an hour and my system back up and running 30 minutes later. A well run company with great service. I highly recommend Excel Geothermal and know who to call next time around.

Great customer service, responsive, thoughtful, on time and professional. We had a prior company which was really bad. Excel was a breath of fresh air. Great folks, highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about the guys on the Excel team. My mothers pumps were out on her Geothermal unit and even though they were booked solid for weeks they worked her in on a Saturday and stayed until after 10:00 PM to finish the job. I am very grateful to have someone that can do a superior job and keep us from having to worry about the small issues that can arrise. Thanks Roy, Mario and Alexandra for the help. I have nothing but good things to say about Excel. I have a geo thermal system and wanted to have it inspected. Darcell was professional and thorough. He explained to me in great detail how the system works and what his inspection entailed. I'll be having them back out twice a year going forward for inspections. My system actually shut down a few days ago, so I had Isaiah out to have a look. Within half an hour he determined there were air bubbles in the water line that triggered a sensor to shut the system off to avoid any damage. It took him all of 30 minutes and I was back up and running. Do not hesitate to use Excel Geothermal A/C & Heat. They rock!

Save yourself from profound regret. EVERY element of our 250k system was botched, and made worse by years of lousy fixes before we were finally fired as clients. I’d suggest to anyone considering geothermal to evaluate why they want it when there are so few companies that install and service it. We did it thinking it was a “green” technology that would save energy. Today’s non-geothermal, traditional air cooled and air heated heat pumps are more energy efficient than geothermal, and spare you the cost of drilling wells and the frustration of the lack of expertise in geothermal that is available in the DFW area. An octopus hasn’t the necessary appendages to give Excel enough thumbs down.

Truly a company of probity, aptitude, and conscientious customer service, Excel Geothermal expertly replaced my conventional system with an ultra-efficient one and also insulated my rafters with spray-foam, further reducing my monthly electric bills. I enthusiastically give Excel my highest recommendation! You will not be disappointed! Roy and his team of specialists masterly assessed my needs, proposed the best practical solution, then punctiliously proceeded to transform my abode from inefficient, electricity guzzling ogre to an energy-saving, fuel-efficient home where now, for the first time, all my rooms heat and cool properly and I can set the thermostat at the temperature I desire without fear of breaking the bank.

Excel goes above and beyond for their customers. I had an urgent issue that needed tending to right away. My phone call to Excel was quick and easy in regards to their after hours response team. I called at 1PM, Jeff Pittman was at my house by 2PM. Keep in mind it’s a Sunday. Jeff stayed at my house for 3.5 hours, taking time away from his own family on a Sunday, to make sure that my family was taken care of and had our system up and running back to normal. I can’t say enough about Jeff and his hard work. He was respectful, and worked his tail off. If you’re looking for any geothermal experts please do yourself a favor and use Excel. First-class all the way. Thanks again, Jeff!

Just a quick update...Isai came back out to check on the system the following day, Monday. He replaced two damper motors and continued to provide excellent customer service. Everything was scheduled through Priscilla over the phone and she made the entire process go as smoothly as possible. No hiccups whatsoever and always timely. The people at Excel are incredible. Kudos to Roy Schar "President at Excel" for running and operating an outstanding company. I truly can't say enough about this team. They're the best!

I only take the time to write a review when a company does an outstanding job and this company performed above and beyond. I purchased a home with Casa Belle Homes however my AC system was warrantied and installed by Excel Geothermal. There was an issue with one room being much hotter than the other rooms. After 2 techs could not resolved the problem, I was getting very upset however, the President of the company came out and was able to resolve the problem at no cost to me. I have never met any business that stands behind their work in the manner that this company did. They came over in the poring down rain and fixed everything and even added some additional equipment to help my system work at it’s best. I highly recommend them.

I chose Excel because of all the good reviews. And just like everyone said! Great service! Darcel was professional timely and very informative! He did a great job! Love that the staff knows their job well though I’ve had others out that couldn’t help me but charged a hefty fee. So thanks a lot! I would definitely recommend this company

We've had issues with our Geothermal A/C since we moved into our house last year. We've had a number of HVAC contractors come out to service but none of them could fix it. Finally I called Excel and the experience was night and day. They came out quickly and even after hours. The techs were professional, friendly and when they were not 100% sure about the next step, they called the Owner who came out same day afterhours to diagnose. The system was old and could not be repaired. Roy and his team gave me what felt like a very fair estimate for replacement, they ordered the equipment and it was installed again afterhours within days!

This is the crew you want if you are looking for a reliable, honest HVAC contractor. I wish for them to have a long and prosperous business , the deserve it.

Should probably tell the drivers who are driving your company vehicles to not be riding ppls bumpers going 80+ mph down 75

After 8 years and 20k of repair and installation work, Roy decided we were no longer a viable client. Not only did he dump us when both units are down due to an issue with a condensate pipe his company installed, but also had a tech call rather than handle him self. Several architects had noted this lack of professional behavior as reasons they have severed ties. Disappointed as the one tech he has is phenomenal and incredibly nice guy and in a personal level, we will miss his visits.

Our nonprofit, Green Careers Dallas is extremely grateful for the wonderful, thorough work done by Excel Geothermal. We needed about 85' of old broken fencing and in-grown trees removed in order to put a new fence in at our new training site in southern Dallas. Since we are operating on a shoestring budge, the owner of Excel Geothermal, Roy Schar, donated this entire day's work, his crew and excavation equipment to get the job done. We do not know how we would have done this without his generosity! For a grassroots nonprofit, this means the world to know a business would do this to get us closer to our dream. I have been using Richie Backflow Testing for several years and have ALWAYS been pleased with the service. They are quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. The test is always completed within 24 hrs of the initial phone call, sometimes within hours. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
