I have been coming here for years. Anything you could possibly need is here. This is where all the plumbing trades go to source items and for whatever specialty items that Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t carry. Every person that works here is helpful and an expert. Reasonably priced. They have saved me many a time.

Came in with a list of exact part numbers I needed for an important job, the cashier was quick and recognized the part. The reason for the 1star is because of the attitude of the man in the pink polo. I asked if the part was compatible/interchangeable with my faucet, since the part number didn’t exactly match the OEM part #. I just wanted to save myself a 2nd trip and get it right the first time, but he didn’t seem to care.

He was not only stubborn but he was also rude when answering my question. He also had made a snarky comment as I was leaving the store.

The price I would’ve paid was fair to me since it was urgent, but after that I left with a bad taste in my mouth and decided to not even ask for the additional parts I was looking for. I got in the car and immediately bought the parts online from the manufacturer instead. Not going to support if this is the norm for customer service.

Plumbers best friend. These guys almost always have what you need in stock. They can tell you what you need just by looking at a picture. They have helped me out of a bunch of spots with the knowledge and inventory they have. Kudos to you gentlemen.

One day I had excellent customer service. The next day, it was horrible and received a lecture from the one of their sales staff. Some bad apples in this group.

This place is a practical lifesaver. I drove all over north Dallas for these shower faucet parts and found them here, and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

They sell you the wrong part and when you try to return them, they accuse you of breaking the part. The part wasn't installed so it was sold to me broken and they wouldn’t take it back. Don’t go here.

The counter sales associates are the best in the business. Sometimes they know what I need before I know what I need

Plumbing is very hard. People seem to think they are capable of asking for guidance that will provide a successful repair every time. That’s like expecting to be able to perform brain surgery after a 5 minute conversation. Teeters is unique. I always am in a hurry and they deliver without fail. Polite and efficient AND accurate. They move the line quickly. This ain’t self service like the big box approach. Thank heavens- their approach actually works- every time.

These guys used to know whats now now theyre useless just another supply shop that only carries basics

I know very, very little about plumbing and this place made finding what I needed so easy. Dimitri (please forgive if misspelled) was the most awesome guy ever. He immediately could tell from photos I had a stem that was perfectly fine and told me what hardware I needed. He gave me multiple options in price ranges and was genuinely a good dude. Thank you!

I literally got chills when the young man brought the CORRECT parts up to the front desk and set them down in front of me!
None of the big names had what I needed, a H&C stem for a shower for a home that was built in the 50’s. And still had the original parts installed. It was a nightmare, until some one told me to try this little place that’s been around for a long while. Thank God I did.
And really great service too! Very helpful Team they have at TETER’S.

Faucets supply store that has all types. If you can't find it here you can't get it.

Sold me part didn’t asked the correct questions so I took my part to the restaurant and noticed that the I have the wrong part so I went back and we just opened the item and they declined to replaced or exchange the part now I have to spend 227.11 it’s so ridiculous went I went back they all where having a manager meeting or something but honestly I won’t go back I lost 227 just because someone whom work there gave us the wrong part that’s just wrong I get it $$ it’s right but come on guys

Nick helped me with a small specialty part for my daughter’s pool. He was Super helpful! And they have loads of parts.

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve come to this plumbing supply store. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help—whether I know exactly what I need or I’m just describing a problem. They carry parts and specialty items you just can’t find at the big box stores, which has saved me time and frustration more than once. On top of that, I really appreciate being able to support a local business that clearly knows its stuff and takes pride in helping customers.

Very impressed with the expansive inventory of a hard-to-find part for a 50 year old Delta faucet. Before driving down from Richardson, I was able to confirm that they had what I needed by sending them pictures via text message.

UPDATE Nov 2024: For someone not in plumbing trade I bought enough shower cartridges from them 2016-2024. Original purchase made to save me being charged by independent plumber driving to Dallas to get part. So I went. In Apr 2024 I bought two cartridges to save a future trip just in case. Used one. But there was a flaw in brand so opted to replace entire shower manifold and associated parts with leak in Oct 2024. Should have done that way back when. Now that I had a different brand I returned the unused shower cartridge bought in Apr 2024. Got my money back no hassle. So if you need a unique part this is place to go. UPDATE May 2023: return visit to get same replacement shower faucet cartridge I bought in 2016. Plus a toilet handle for one that just broke. I called day before with part nr. from prior invoice and they confirmed they had item in stock. I bought two just in case but will probably leave one behind when sell house for next owner since part hard to get. See photos I posted. Plenty of parking on side of building see sign. 1st Review 2016: If they don't have your plumbing gadget you don't need it. Great service for first time customer. Recommended by my plumber who said they are the go-to place to find hard to get and standard fixtures. I sent them an email photo of shower cartridge I needed, called a few minutes later they had it in stock. Sweet!!!

From my dad: What an exceptional experience!!! My house is nearly forty years old, I worked several hours trying to fix an outdoor leaky faucet. Fortunately Elliott's Hardware referred me to Teeter's Faucet Parts Center. Upon arriving there the gentleman at the counter told me my part was discontinued. He then offered to try and fix my existing part, I couldn't get connecting screw loose. He got it off then put new washer and screw on the stem and charged me forty-nine cents!! What an awesome place with fantastic customer service!
