Mike Yetter did an excellent job! We had Zoom out to Hydrojet our property and run a camera to see the condition of the drain line. He is thorough and clean. He also took great time to explain anything he found. I highly recommend Mike and Zoom Drain.

Mike Yetter from Zoom Drain performed a pipe clean and inspection prior to selling a house we own. He was highly professional, and did a great job with a detailed analysis and walk through regarding the state in which the piping was in. I have had several plumbers come out over the years for this house, but this was the first time we had the roots cut out of the pipe from mature trees in lake highlands area. Not only was the price excellent, but honest.

Zoom Drain made the entire process effortless from start to finish. Their customer service, communication, and promptness were all outstanding. We had two toilets installed at the same time, and getting an estimate and scheduling the project was quick and easy. The team was friendly, professional, and did excellent work. We’ll absolutely be using them again in the future.

This company is not good, They give many reason but collect money and do not provide service . Do not use them. I used them through my warranty company.

I had an appointment with A-1 Service yesterday(Feb10) 11-3pm for the bathroom pluming issue; however, no one show up and even they did not make a call

Really nice and knowledgeable in person. He changed out our hose bib and it still has the same problem. Ghosted me when our home warranty would not cover the repeat repair, even though I was willing to pay myself for the service.

So They have been to our house twice to Fix a sink Faucet. The first time we paid the 85.00 service fee and we were told they would have to order the faucet. Never heard a word from them. I went to Lowes and purchased a new Faucet. I have to call them and ask when are you coming back to finish the job? They are not professional enough to call the customer back. Almost two weeks later he comes back out and opens the completely sealed new faucet box and says we have a problem. There is a very basic part missing. A simple connector. The Box was new and completely sealed. He can't finish the Job. He sat in his van in front of my house for 20 minutes after telling me I had to take it back to Loews and get another one. I could have gone to Lowes and got another one while he sat there. I had the new one that day. 40 minutes after he left. I called the Office and was told I would have to wait exactly another 7 days. These people are pathetic. Horrible service. If you want dishonest and horrible service, use these People at A1 Services of Dallas. The manager at Lowes asked me Is he licensed? The manager said this is a very basic part that any normal plumber would have on his truck. Avoid these people and this pathetic company. There are so much better and professional plumbers out there. DO NOT USE A1 Services of Dallas.

If you want a plumber to come to your house and tell you yes it is stopped up something you already know and tell you he doesn't have the equipment needed that it has to be done from the roof. Even when you have a pier and beam house. The clean out is under the house.
charge you and leave. A-1 Service is the one to call.

Horrible Experience. They took the $100 from me, took a photo and said had to see if it was approved of toilet seal. We both know it is covered. He left, said had to "order" the part. Then rescheduled to come out and didn't have proper tools to take my toilet out. Then said he needs to see if Choice Home was going to cover the extra expense. wth? Then said yes it is covered, duh, and didn't schedule me in for another 4 days! Horrible Service! I hope he gets this leak repaired!
