Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

AAA Auger was great! They fit us in on the same day despite their very busy schedule. Dan was great! He found the blockage & took care of the issue & he also checked the house for any other issues. He helped with our slow drain in the bathroom sink which has been a problem for a while now. He also made suggestions on how to prevent blockages in the future. I highly recommend them & we will use them again if any other plumbing problems come up.

Mr Fredrick Dandridge came to service our needs, He was very courteous, patient and informative. He answered so many questions, and cleared up a lot of my concerns regarding the plumbing in the Home. He also advised on the preventive maintenance that was truly a plus. it was so nice to come in contact with someone that didn't do a rush job and explained everything he was doing. i am very pleased with the work done and look forward to working with him again Thanks AAA

We had our bathroom faucets (double vanity) replaced with equipment we bought at Ferguson’s Plumbing Supply, installed by AAA Auger, specifically by Tim McGrady. He did an outstanding job, from covering his shoes every time he entered our home (removing the covers whenever he had to go to the truck for equipment and replacing them before re-entering), to the actual removal of our old faucets, p-traps, and water lines, and replacing them with the new equipment. Our old equipment was at least 20 years old, are no longer made, and could not be repaired. Tim took great care to do the job thoroughly and professionally. He double-checked all of his work, made sure everything was working properly, no leaks anywhere. Then when I started to pay him, he asked me to wait until he had finished cleaning up everything, from polishing all of the new chrome to carrying out all of the old equipment. Only after he was personally satisfied, and had me check everything too, would he allow me to settle up.
Plumbing work is not cheap…but AAA Auger beat other bids by several hundred dollars.
I can’t recommend AAA Auger highly enough for professional, reasonably priced plumbing work.
We have had them do a number of jobs over the past 15 years, and have always been very happy with their work!

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!

Up to this last visit, they have been great. However, on this last visit to replace a hot water heater, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by one of their employee's (Miles) to cover up his laziness or incompetence or both. This is in addition to the needless damage they did to my house in the process.

If that is the caliber of employee they are hiring, I want NOTHING to do with them. They were our go to. Now I don't want them anywhere near my house. What else have they lied about?

We have benefited from C and C's Service twice. Both times the young men who came were courteous and the work was accomplished quickly and well. The last time, I forgot something that I wanted to have done. The fellows already had driven away. I called, and in a matter of minutes they returned and soon had my extra done--at NO extra charge. I also appreciated their advice regarding a future plumbing need which we have. When we are ready to have that done, we will be calling C and C again.

We had a great experience with Texas Slab Leak Repair and Plumbing. They helped us locate a leak last Sunday and identified it as coming from the washing machine connection.

At the time, we were worried there might be multiple leaks, but after a week with no other issues, it turns out they were absolutely right.

Really appreciate their professionalism and the plumber’s careful work in locating the problem. Sorry I didn’t catch his name, but big thanks to him!

I had a leak underneath my foundation I had water every were in my kitchen I am a single mother so I had no Clou what to do so I called a lot of pluming companies no buddy could help as good as texas slab leak repair they could answer my question directly over the phone and in less then an hour I had the plumer in my house repairing everything thank you so much you did a great job I am glad I called you guys !!!
