Eric D. took great care of us! He came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and told me we had a minor gas leak that was making a high pitch noise at the hot water heater. Excellent and quick service!

We used this company yesterday for the first time and they were prompt and very reasonable. Fred was very friendly and took time to explain everything and took care of the problem we will use them in future for all our plumbing issues.

After a roofing job which was good, a bathroom sink was plugged up. We tried varioua methods of opening the drain however nothing worked. We had used AAA Augur before had a few certificates and so went to the phone. Carla did a great job of fielding the call and within a short time Juan showed up. Went to the drain, quoted the price and I said ok. In short order the drain was opened. He cleaned up the area to spotless including the sink. We paid him; had good conversation with him as he worked and after. We appreciate a friendly experienced tech and an understanding company, particularly at my 89 years of age.

These guys are the best. We've called them at least a dozen times over the last 8 years and we always get the same guy who knows his craft and does quality work. We've never had an issue with their work once it was done. I would highly recommend this company and it's services.

Fredrick did a great job for us. Came out in the evening at a convenient time for us, was friendly and professional, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. Second time using this company and will definitely use again if we need to!

Dr. Linster has been my Dr since he arrived in Monroe. He is a very understanding guy who listens, has a great bed-side manner and who never once rushed me through my appointments. He was always up to date on the latest medicines. I found out last week that he is retiring December 30th. My heart is broken. He was my rock through difficult times but wish him only the best in his future endeavors.

Big thanks to AAA Auger! Had a clogged toilet on a Saturday. They were at the house within 2 hours and had it fixed in no time. This is our go-to company for all our plumbing needs. Always a good experience. Thanks AAA Auger!

My neighbor had AAA Auger come out to look at a water heater that AAA Auger installed less than a year and a half ago. The problem was a pressure release valve. They wanted to charge her over $300 plus parts but didn’t have the part with them. After taking a quick look, I took off the part in about 3 minutes, took it to Home Depot, bought another one and installed it in about 4 minutes. AAA Auger wanted to charge my elderly neighbor over $300 for about 7 minutes of work to a water heater they installed less than a year and a half ago. Would not recommend to anyone. I always say the two biggest ripoff companies are plumbers and mechanics. This proves I’m at least half right.

Technician #68 Juan showed up at my front door just in time! I was completely exhausted from dipping water out of my clogged sinks in the kitchen. I told him I was losing the battle and he said he was "here to win the war". He had a great sense of humor and a big smile. He did a wonderful job of unclogging the sinks in very little time. During which he gave me some "hints" about what NOT to put in my garbage disposal. He also told me how to maintain my sinks so I would not need his services for the same issue again. He completely cleaned up the area he worked on, leaving it much cleaner than when he found it. The best thing however was the bill. It was less than he originally told me. I now have a new plumbing company and one I will be happy to tell my friends about!

I have been using this company for the past 15 years and they are my go to plumbing company. They are dependable, competitively priced and stand by their work. I’ve had them come out on a weekend as well as a weekday and there are never any extra charges for evenings, weekends or holidays. If you are in need of a plumber then call them!

We had a leak from who knows where outside recently. AAA Auger came over right away ON A WEEKEND without an up charge , looked at the source of the leak and took care of it without any hesitation. Since it was related to our irrigation system, they were completely upfront about the possible charges that would be charged by a plumber vs. an irrigation company.

We’re ecstatic with the service, reliability, honesty, professionalism, & punctuality.

AAA Auger is not truthful in giving scheduling information. I first called around 9:00 AM and scheduling lady inferred she had a plumber available and would call me back in “2-3 hours to let me know arrival time”. This went on and on over multiple calls from me telling her I had heard nothing back. Finally about 9:00 PM a plumber, Frederick, showed up. He was very polite, efficient, and got the drain cleared. I will probably NEVER call AAA again because of their delaying tactics in providing a genuine and truthful estimate of when a plumber can actually arrive.

AAA Auger is the best. They were very quick to send someone out to my mom’s house to fix her drain. Frederick was so polite and professional. He got my mom’s sink right in no time. Highly recommend! Do yourself a solid and ask for Frederick.

I am so thankful I found the website and phone number for AAA Auger in Dallas! I highly recommend them! I was needing to find a really good and thorough plumber that would not give up and could get this sewer line clear again, because I had already paid 2 other plumbers that couldn't get it done, sadly. This was rental property with tenants with only one bathroom and that makes life very difficult when nothing works in your bathroom! This needed to get fixed fast! This company sent out Frederick and he is our HERO! He worked so hard to get this done and he is a wonderful, caring gentleman! I am so impressed and will definitely call AAA Auger again and request Frederick! The tenants and my husband are also very thankful to Frederick for saving the day! He is awesome! God bless him!

I’ve used them twice for two different issues. They really take the time to make sure the issue is repaired. The friendliest people I’ve ever done business with. I’ve worked with Eugene and Windell. I’m just so impressed. I had Bakers Bros out before AAA Auger and they charged me hundreds of dollars, didn’t fix my issue and told me I needed a $2,000 repair. AAA Auger fixed my issue for just a couple hundred. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank AAA plumbing for their quick response during Saturday and sending professional and friendly plumber Frederick for solving our issue quickly. We had blocked sewer and spilling of sewer water in our front yard. Frederick was quick in identifying issue and thorough in solving the issue. He took ample time to do his job perfectly. I’ve used AAA Auger three times now and they’re always great. Peter came out this time and he was friendly, informative and fast. I appreciate that they keep you updated on arrival times and send you a picture of the person coming to conduct the repairs - which adds an extra layer of safety/security. The service fee is more expensive now, but what isn’t these days? AAA Auger will always be my first call as long as they continue to provide such great service. Thank you, Peter!

After buying our “new” home that supposedly had “new plumbing”, we had multiple issues pop up the first month. Randy, Israel and their supervisor, John, took the time to explain the repairs that needed to be made and offered a fair price for the work. I highly recommend them all for your plumbing needs. I also never felt rushed or pressured to decide on my repair decisions.

Had a very specific plumbing problem and needed someone to get creative and resolve it. AAA auger, Israel specifically, did an outstanding job at a fair price. While other plumbers quoted exorbitant prices for ridiculous solutions, AAA auger came out and resolved our problem. Would highly recommend them, very professional, and great to work with.

I have used this company 3 times now after a referral from my insurance company. All 3 plumbers have been very experienced and efficient. However, I came here to write a review for Peter. He diagnosed and repaired a complex problem with tankless water heaters and recirculating pumps that a few other companies didn’t even think to check. He immediately saw the problem, double checked himself with the management, and proceeded to perfectly fix the problem. After months of troubleshooting, one quick visit from Peter and it was a done deal. Thanks Peter and AAA auger. You’ve got my business from now on.
