Well, we had one problem after another, but these guys came to the rescue every time. They're our new heroes. I can't say enough good things about them. For all your plumbing problems, call them. You won't be disappointed!

Worst ever from $75 to come out to check for a leak and charge me $250 and the leak still there. They send out a company name Senor Rooter, the guy not saying much and walking around my property than say it not plumbing issue and charge $250 for it.

I have used them on many occasions. They are always fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and courteous. There's something to be said about a wonderful run and operated company. They have morals, values, and won't stiff you. For quality work at a fair price, call these guys!

Don't buy into these false reviews. This company will rip you off. They sent out their creepy "master plumber" who investigated our house for potential slab leaks. Before he said hi or anything he jumped out of his van with clipboard and the pricing sheet. He asked me what I was quoted but before I could finish speaking he cut me off with a higher priced quote saying this is what they normally are... red flag # 1.

Prior to the plumber coming out I mentioned on the call that my water meter was spinning, so when he got here we checked it again. When he saw the cog slowly spinning he quickly jumped to conclusions and said yup, you definitely have a slab leak.. Red flag #2

He comes inside, I proceed to show him the areas I was concerned about. He tracks mud all over my floors and has food from lunch still smudged on his face. That's fine.. I can get over that as long as my problem is diagnosed.

His diagnostic procedures consist of him taking out a plumbers stethoscope as his main/only tool to locate a slab leak. For the next hour and half, i hear this loud CLANK every 15 seconds as the guy literally drops these 5 lb weighted blocks on my hardwood floor to locate the leak. Really, is that necessary?

So the guy is positive he located a leak in two spots, off the cold water line, on the other side of the house, away from the problem areas I initially pointed out. So I bring up the original spots and ask what they could be and he says.. "oh, 90% a sewer leak". WELL, OK.. why the heck didn't you say that from the beginning? He then writes up an extremely laughable quote to fix the leak he found. This guy was a nightmare.. he even joked about "how I should just sell my house I just purchased because of all these leaks". I literally signed the check so the guy would shut up and leave.

I called American Leak Detection and scheduled and an appoint a week later. Not only were the 100% more professional, their equipment and procedures were 100% precise. ALD charged me about the same for an accurate slab leak detection and sewer leak detection. The best part, the ALD plumber found the actual leak in a completely different spot and I do not have a sewer leak.

In summary. Don't use these guys. They're scam artists. Theres a reason their business location on Google is a rundown apartment complex. Learn from my mistake.

Great Plumbing Company, they fixed my slab leak the same day and what surprised me the most was on how clean and polite all the techs are. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good plumber that gives good rates

Cannot praise these guys enough- saved us from a nightmare! Bought an older home and thought it had no major issues, then wet spots started coming up all under the carpet! The pipes were so old they had eroded and the estimates we got from other plumbing companies were through the roof. When TSLR bid the lowest price, yet offered a 3 year warranty and offered a bunch of options.. we were scared it would be a "ya get what you pay for" mistake. Nope. Our techs showed up on time and charged us exactly what we originally agreed on. Now I know most plumbing companies are completw bs when they added all those "necessary" charges. Going w TSLR from now on. Keep up the good work!

Great company, only place I called that was legitimately open 24 hours a day for emergency slab leak repairs! They were reasonable w/ the price which is always great. They made it out to give me a quote less than an hour after I called, would have no problem recommending these guys to friends and family.

Called thinking I had a slab leak. Mike came out and diagnosed- same day. Turns out was just my water line to my Fridge. Very professional and did not gouge me. Actually charged me less than what was quoted.

Had a leak in bathroom. Plumber came out and checked the water pressure. He said there was no indication of a slab leak. He said that we should run the test anyways. Ran it and found nothing. Cut away a few holes in the drywall (which isn’t that big of a deal to find the leak). After not being able to find anything they charged me 275. Leaving me worse off than I started.

I called another plumber. He came out and found the leak in less than 5 minutes. No need to cut drywall for diagnosis or repair.

The owner called me to come out the next morning, only because I was not happy with the service I received. But I had already decided to go with the company that was able to find the leak for me.

I’m out the $300 but I guess I learned my lesson.

2 stars because it seemed like the owner wanted to make it right. But with an active leak that’s just too late.

Great Plumbing Company.. I had a leak in my foundation and called these plumbers to give me a bid, they came out and did an amazing job fixing the leak. The plumber was professional and give me the best quote out of 3 companies that i called. Thanks a lot for the fast response.

They came same day to detect a leak I needed fixed during the option period of the sale of my home. Leak was fixed the next day!!!

This company got me back in motion big time. They were professional, quick, punctual and even offer a 3 year warranty with their quote. Way cheaper than every other company I called and even some individuals through word of ml ouhh that I asked. A water line under my house broke not only did they fix it- they offered me a few different ways to go about it so I had options to choose from for the repair. They didn't overcharge my card either. Would recommend to anybody!

When my tenant called me because they had no hot water I assumed water heater had gone out, but I was disappointed to learn that it was actually a slab leak. Texas Slab Leak Repair was super prompt and got the repair done quickly. It was not an easy repair, but they worked hard and got it done fast which is what we needed most! My tenants and I thank you!

A buddy at work recommended these guys to me for a sewer line repair. They were super helpful and got it fixed for me right away and provided pictures of the work done. A bonus: they were cheap compared to the other plumbers in the area. I highly recommend them!!!

One of our elderly family member's home experienced a slab leak so we suggested Texas Slab Leak Repair based off our experience with them 2 years ago. My husband contacted and scheduled the work so that he could be present. Texas Slab Leak Repair was on-time, they worked quick to dig, locate and repair the leak. Their guys refilled the hole and cleaned area to our satisfaction prior to billing the job. I highly recommend this company!

Great plumbing company. They are transparent and up front with prices found the leak and did the complete job.For half of the price of what other plumbing companies were asking for. I had a leak underneath my foundation and called several other companies, which gave me a ridiculous quotes.
And I called Texas slab leak, repair, and they did an amazing job

They came to detect the leak and made marks at two places inside the house for leaks at certain places under the slab. They charged me $325 for detection and then sent a quote to fix it either by tunneling or, worst case, jackhammering in thousands.
I got another guy (licensed plumber) to fix the problem w/o either way, and it cost 1/4th of the charge. The leak wasn’t where it was detected. When I send the details (video, actual invoice) for a detection refund, Mike Blue jumps on me with “leak was under the slab—regardless of where it was.” He also starts blaming me for using a non-licensed plumber (not correct) … and starts arguing and raising his voice non-professionally.
He may be right, but now, with that behavior, I won't recommend them for any service. It is critical for customers to deal with honest and trustworthy people when they are under so much stress from a water leak and then end up with people who take advantage of their situation.

Update: I talked to John Franco, who explained the situation to me. He heard my story and accepted. He apologized for the miscommunication and frustration on their part. He promised a full refund and took the feedback to improve the operation.

I am selling my house, closing in 2 days, and needed an after hours plumber. I called over 10 "24/7" plumbing companies and all didn't have anyone available. Luckily, I found Texas Slab Leak Repair and Plumbing. They had someone come out in an hour (after 6:00 pm). They saved me as my water was shut off to the house until I could get the repair I needed. Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Texas lab repair if you have a slab leak. I called them first thing in the morning and by noon they were out diagnosing the problem. The next day they completed the work in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. I am very grateful for the quick response and quality of work of this company.
