I had a major loss and everything on my claim has been awful! I was dreading the return of my items. Then I Had the best gift God could have sent me. Maria Sanchez and her crew were assigned to my unpack. She and her crew were AMAZING they were my angles I could not have asked for a better blessing they were so carrying professional and responsive. What a great example of your company Maria and her team are amazing ! Hats off to her and her team ❤️ Hope I never have to go through this but I know who I want in charge MARIA SANCHEZ AND HER TEAM WITH SERVPRO.

Upon reviewing all the items that were returned I have made a list of items that Conveniently not returned. The fire was upstairs in one room my silver Ware that was in a wood box no where near the fire no was was it damaged this was my mothers over 70 yrs old . My large soup bowl with ladle and player missing! my Sony digital camara missing my husbands 2nd I phone with SIM card was taken and was sold to someone that I caught using on my bill. I had brand new cube WiFi speakers, omg all my jewelry that Servpro assured me they would plastic wrap my jewelry cabinet with everything in it , nope they did not do that . This is such a sorry company! Not only was I deviated by the fire and being displaced for 13 mths due to a poor contractor, I was cleaned out by this company! Don’t use this company if you plan on getting your items non damaged items back.

SERVPRO is the best!!! My husband and I experienced a very trying time recently when we discovered a leak in our laundry room and subsequently had to be completely moved out of our house for the necessary repairs. Matt Fabish, the manager, was very professional in his assessment and confident he could help us out. Soon, Maria Sanchez and her crew came to pack us out. They were very organized and took numerous pictures to ensure all of our belongings were safely packed away. They were extremely careful of everything in our house! The best part was when we had the pleasure of spending a short time with Maria and her crew during our move back into our house. Maria's professionalism, confidence, obvious expertise, and upbeat attitude made all the difference in quelling the apprehensions and stress of our months-long ordeal. We felt a huge sense of relief and their quick work and great care of our furnishings and personal possessions has made all the difference in our ordeal finally being over. I highly recommend this company, and for sure, ask for Maria Sanchez and her crew to be in charge of your move!

Maria Sanchez and her team all I can say is "WOW "!! They were awesome packing my entire home. My floors were damaged due to a burst water pipe under my home. Servpro was there for me and my family. The entire crew was amazing.. Very precise. The girls did an excellent job of wrapping and packing. Were very neat and very good at the job they done for us. The men were very careful with our belongings and carefully carried everything to load. Would recommend all of them. No problems at all

Jorge Resendes, Franco, Eddie, and Edwardo Castillejo arrived toward the end of a long stressful day and quickly assessed the water damage caused by a water leak. They updated us every step of the way, assuring us what we could expect. They were respectful of our home and worked to calm our concerns.

Maria Sanchez and her team were amazing. They were attentive to the 95 year old owner of the home (my dad) and left the house looking as it did before the damage occurred.

Never use this company for anything involving actual construction. Hired them to repair my house after a car ran through the front of my house, they literally screwed up everything they touched, the brick on the front of my house is over a half inch off the foundation because they did not get the wall plumb. Couldn't even put downspouts for my gutters back properly, basic construction that even my state farm agent said was ridiculous. The drywall was torn everywhere and they just covered it with mud and called it good. They had 3 attempts to get things right and screwed up every time.

During a very difficult time having our home flood on Christmas night, the ServPro team came in and have been working non-stop. Matt and George have been amazing. Can’t recommend them enough.

We had a small fire in one of our HVAC ducts, and we did not realize how much work needed to be done to clean our home and ensure it was safe for us to continue living in. Fortunately, Matt made sure all bases were covered and walked us through the process, and his team has been punctual, polite, and professional. ServPro has responded quickly, even though we’ve had holidays to work around, and we are very grateful.

I cant say enough about Maria and her team. Matt was referred to me due to their positive quality of work. I couldnt agree more. The Servpro team went above and beyond expectations. I had a chemical fire in my home and this team worked diligently to make our home a safe environment again.

Due to extreme water damage in my home, all the flooring, baseboards, and some drywall needed to be replaced. Therefore, after water remediation, everything from the entire house that was on/in movable furniture was packed up by ServPro and placed in my large garage during the repair.
When the repairs were complete, ServPro returned, and the team of Norma, Arah, and Alejandra did a fantastic job having furniture put back where it was and unpacking all the boxes. Because pictures had been taken prior to the pack-up, all items from the boxes were placed back in their original locations. It was as if the pack-up never occurred!! My home was back to normal. The unpacking team also talked with me about cleaning, and helped by giving suggestions that were definitely appreciated. When you've never been involved in something like this, it's hard to know the questions to ask. The team even assisted with taking pictures that would be needed for the insurance company.
I highly recommend ServPro and their teams that assisted me. They were truly wonderful!!!

Our hot water heater burst and flooded our entire house, and Maria has been incredibly patient with all of our questions. She walked us through every step of the process of packing up our home and truly helped us understand what to expect. Her team went above and beyond...efficient, thorough, and compassionate during a very stressful time.

I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone in need of water remediation or help packing up their home.

This was the worst experience ever. A broken Tv, broken candle, items STILL missing including jewelry. Miscalculations on what was needed to finish the job and expecting me to pay for it. They were nice until they got you to agree to job. I stopped by the house to check on things one Sunday and they had left the bathroom sink faucet running causing water to flow through the bathroom into the newly installed flooring. Wetting the newly installed sheet rock. They used bathroom towels for clean up and never replaced. I dont mind them Using the toilet but they got urine all over it and the floor. One of the dryers was placed too close to toilet paper and the fan sucked in a whole roll causing a potential fire. It was one issue after another with this company. Items were not returned to their original rooms and when they didn’t know what to do with it they just stuffed it on counters or in The bathtubs. When I was told we could move back in I took the day off and found my home to be a total disaster. So bad I cried. This entire thing took 3 months and was very stressful. I think they forgot to bring back an entire box of my items or decided to keep it since it had jewelry in it. . It pains me that the missing jewelry was a gift from my DECEASED mother and now it’s gone forever. They left holes in the wall and I kept having to remind them to fix it. My electric bill went up with all the machines they brought. They left my front door open and I had to ask a neighbor to come close it. A 6ft shelf was damaged at their warehouse. When I called one of their employees thought I had hung up and proceeded to talk about me with another employee not knowing I was still on the line. Calls do not get returned either. I will never use or recommend this company again. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. Attached are some of the many photos I took. Two different bath tubs were full of stuff. This is their version of ready to move back in. Horrible just horrible.
