TJ came to do a check for mold, water damage, and went over everything that needed to be done. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job at explaining and letting me see everything I asked to see. He made everything so care free. :) I highly recommend.

We've had the misfortune of two critter-caused pipe breaches, six weeks apart, flooding rooms in our house each time.

On the first occasion, the plumbing company subbed out the water damage restoration. It was expensive, but the plumbers and restoration team did well.

Although the first plumbers and restoration team did a good job, the more than $10,000 in potential accumulated out-of-pocket costs inspired us to shop for plumbers and restoration companies.

We found a great plumber for half the cost of the former, but this review is not for him. It's for ADU.

After quotes from other restoration companies, ADU stood out. Brock did a much more thorough job probing for moisture incursions than others. He was the only one to check how far the water had spread in the carpet pad. He was the only one who offered solutions for drying the interiors of the walls. Yet, the others quoted roughly the same amount for doing less.

Brock sent two restoration technicians, Matt and Jamie. They were delightful, courteous, professional, efficient, competent, and thorough. Brock is building a great team.

Their treatment was very effective, and I would heartily recommend them to anyone in the DFW and surrounding areas.

I had a water leak within a couple weeks of moving into our new home. We found the leak and my plumber suggested I give a restoration company a call and suggested ADU. I wasn't even thinking about mold since the water leak was relatively short lived before I noticed and stopped it. But its a humid Texas summer and went ahead out of abundance of caution called ADU to come check out the situation. Kurt and Cody were very honest with me and gave me my options to get the mold taken care of. I chose to do it the most thorough way by busting out all the drywall affected and was very glad I did as mold growth was already present and spreading fast. Michael was the technician and he did an outstanding job. He built containment areas to remove the mold safely and cared for my home like it was his. Michael kept me updated with pictures when I was at work and left the jobsite clean everyday and safe for my young toddler as well. When I say there was zero dust, I mean ZERO dust after all the demolition of insulation and drywall was completed. I would highly suggest ADU and ask for Michael to lead the job at your home.

Very SHADY and unprofessional company who used/ruined/stole personal belongings that were usuable and valuable tools for work from my property without replacing them. Their workers stepped on antiques and used them like step stools, and left drywall dust on everything! When confronted I was weirdly emailed by their “legal” with no name or info. and told that they hired a subcontractor for the job so I should contact the sub.
It has been almost a year and STILL no recompense OR response to my email. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company whatsoever.

Had a great experience working with TJ and the crew at All Dry!! We had an unexpected flood and were panicking about the impact and possibility of mold build up in our home with a small baby living in it. TJ got our our home immediately and explained to us how they were going to get it dried out and taken care of. Within hours his team was packing up our stuff, organizing it, and getting it prepped for dry out. It took So much stress off of our plate to not have to organize and pack everything while tending to our jobs and child. They removed the damaged areas had it safely dried out within a few days, worked with our Insurance and had great contractor referrals. They also created a barrier so we could safely live upstairs during dry out. His crew was kind and respectful. They also can use infrared imaging as well as moisture meters

Very professional and prompt in response to my urgent request, seamless installation and even cleaned up after themselves, very pleased with their services and will be looking to use them for maintenance down the road 👍🏼 Thanks SOS Vents Mold Purification

Very sad and dissapointed with a guy name Max super rude and filthy. Parked his huge van on top of my lawn, made a mess with his boots al over the house, disrespectful rude and horrible to do business with, I will say fire him but looks like he is the owner or at least he got that attitude … horrible customer service, overpriced, worst experience ever

This company is a sham. It was previously filled with great workers that knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional. Instead, it has turned into a staff that has no idea what they’re doing. Those staff are then run by managers who are incredibly inappropriate with the clients and administration that, even once they have been told by clients what’s going on, don’t care and do nothing about it. Even mold inspectors don’t want to work with them because of the poor quality of their work, and sadly enough, in this business it can have massive repercussions to use a company that doesn’t know what they’re doing (nothing more valuable that your health). If you see their name, run away.

After having sustained a major loss to my commercial building I had called numerous contractors and most of them just didn't feel trustworthy or competent. After Speaking with Katie and Don i felt so much better. Not only were they competent but they followed through with everything they said they would do and I was at ease the entire time. This is by far one of the BEST companies I have worked with! They bent over backwards to help determine what what was causing my AC filters to turn black in a matter of days. They are honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Prior to finding IAQM, our family was contemplating walking away from our home and all its contents due to an air quality and mold problem. We have two young children and our main concern was providing a safe home for them. Our 9 year old son has an autoimmune condition that made it even more crucial that we find a solution. We did tons of research and spoke with several local mold remediation “experts”. However, we were disappointed that none of them properly addressed the issue of mycotoxins or understood how to improve the air quality inside our home. The next day, Don called and he spent a lot of time learning about our situation and answering my questions. He then spent even more time talking to my husband. The reason we decided to do this is that IAQM is the only mold remediation company using Sandia's Decon Foam to kill mold and mycotoxins. They also installed a very powerful commercial grade air purification system in our home. IAQM was also very helpful with securing financing. We are very happy with the results. We passed the air test after the decontamination process was completed. The level of professionalism was outstanding. We feel that they cared about our situation, are good people and wanted to help. The team was very thorough and the entire process brought us a huge sense of relief…not to mention that we didn’t have to walk away from our house and all our belongings. We highly recommend IAQM.

When we discovered we had a fairly large mold problem we were overwhelmed by the process required to remediate the problem. Testing, the physical remediation, retesting it seemed a little daunting. We contacted IAQM based on a personal recommendation. From the initial contact forward we were pleasantly surprised at the professional, friendly folks we dealt with. The day after contacting them a representative came to the house, surveyed the situation and more importantly explained the entire process.
When the work began we were impressed with the quality and professionalism of everyone we dealt with. The technicians were careful to protect the areas where the work was to be done as well as nearby areas where we still had to live. The work was done in a very timely manner. Cleanup was complete and entirely to our satisfaction.
Hopefully we will never need their services again but should we find ourselves in another mold situation we would not hesitate to contact IAQM. I heartily recommend IAQM for any remediation service anyone needs.
