Janese was kind and courteous when setting up my appointment. Brock came out the next day to check my walls after a water heater leak. I tried drying my floors and walls myself prior, so this was more of a precautionary visit. He was on time, and very knowledgeable. He didn’t try and upsell me, or talk me into work that didn’t need to be done. He even explained to me how to dry out the little bit of insulation that did have water so that I could save money by doing it myself. I recommend the ADU team 100%.

I can’t thank Brock and his team enough ! They came in after a mess was made and made sure everything was taken care of! The nicest most down to earth individuals! Im beyond grateful to have worked with them. The entire team helped me along the way and were always available to answer every one of my questions. We were pleased with our experience with All Dry. We worked with Kurt and Michael. Kurt was our first point of contact. He was truly knowledgeable and professional. He offered considerations and options for how we needed to handle our water damage/mold issue. He was very flexible with our schedule in finding time to complete the work. Michael and his team arrived on time and were very professional. They spent a great deal of time prepping the space to work, protecting the walls and floors. Kurt and Michael were very responsive when we had a leak in the kitchen the first night after demo. Michael was their first thing the next day to fix the leak so that we still had a sink to use during the process. Michael did a fantastic job finishing out the project with drywall, seam tape and applying the mud. Michael was an absolute pleasure to deal with, not only was he knowledgeable in the work he was doing, but he also had great interpersonal skills. I highly recommend All Dry Usa and would use them again for future projects.

Brock was really helpful and communicative when it came to remediating the mold in my condo. Jamie gave me daily updates on how things were going which helped ease my mind. I really appreciate the work the ADU team has put in. Would recommend!!

ADU Contractors did a awesome job,we had water damage,from packing our furniture,moving it to storage.Installed our wood floors and carpet. Painters came in and painted our base boards and touched up the walls. The movers then moved our furniture back in the house.I want to personally thank Blerium and Brock they were always in contract with us during the whole remodeling project.Would definitely recommend ADU to anyone who might need their service. Brock and Jamie did an excellent job inspecting my dad’s house for mold and water damage. If I could give them 10+ stars, I would! They were both professional, thorough, patient, and kind. They explained the mold removal process in great detail, which really put my 81-year-old dad’s mind at ease. Brock and Jamie provided the best customer service possible, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the work they do. Highly recommend!

TJ and his crew worked at my address 2101 Rheims Dr in Carrollton recently after my home was struck at lightning on July 12. They did a wonderful job getting the mess made by water damage to my ceilings and everything below cleaned up. He and his crew took great care to handled recovery of precious items from my grandparents and parents as well as my own collections. I owe all of them a huge debt of gratitude. I used ADU for a mold remediation recently. Communication with them was very easy, and they were very available for service. Scheduling was easy

The initial inspection is free of charge. It's worth noting that they do not do mold testing. If you want to do things completely by the book, you have to use a separate company to collect air samples and generate a lab report.

After that, they came back once to do the remediation, then a few days later to pick up their equipment. On day 1, they set up a containment area and removed all of the affected materials. They left dehumidifers and air scrubbers and a few days later they came and picked them up after verifying that the remediation was successful. So the total process was:

Initial inspection ~1 hour
Mold testing with separate company ~30mins (on a different day)
Remediation process ~6 hours
Dehumidification/Airscrubbing period - 4 days
Equipment pick up ~ 30 minutes

I could have stayed in my property during the 4 day period, but decided to stay with my parents just to be safe.

ADU only handles the remediation but they connected me with a contractor that does drywall and builds cabinets.

Finally, I want to give a shout out to TJ. He was very helpful throughout the whole process.

The mark of a good contractor is one who knows where they’re not needed.

TJ stopped by after we had some hail damage to our roof and we feared some water had gotten inside. Following his inspection he said he would love if we had a problem but that we don’t. With so many door knockers coming through after the storm, we really appreciate the honesty. Solid company.

T.J. Was AMAZING !!! He was so courteous and began listening to what we had concern about due to a leak under the sink. He checked it and quickly assessed it, realized all was now dry and not the problem someone else told us it was. He was amazing and put us at peace that all is well. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! ADU Contractors a very reliable company. TJ was simply AMAZING from the very beginning. He answered every phone call and every question day or night promptly and with courtesy and precision. His crew. Jamie and mathew was very professional and fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a small dark shadow around our ceiling fan that we thought might be black mold so we called ADU. TJ and his tech Jamie came out the very next day. They were prompt, very friendly and professional. They thoroughly investigated everything including the attic and determined there was no mold. It was so refreshing to have a company come out for a free inspection and it actually be just that, free. I would have no problem recommending them. They have proved to be honest which can be a rare find. While they didn't have to remove any mold for us, I'd be willing to bet they would do a fantastic job and would be very fair!
