Also, a huge shout out to the cleaning crew! Everything came back super-duper clean and no smell of our fire! Everything was spotless!

Company also did an enormous pack-out over a week, stored itemsx 18 month, and returned to my home without incident. They managed all aspects from delivery, unpacking, and placement of items to their original locations. Maria Sanchez, supervisor, was exceptional, and both assisted her staff (Sara ,Maria Espinoza, Eduardo solis) late into the nights each day until all work had been completed. She was totally committed to finishing on time as scheduled. Additionally, during this entire time, Maria communicated, made adjustments or changes pleasantly, and repeatedly asked if I had any concerns and/or was satisfied. Matt and his crew are awesome! They are so considerate of your property! If you need help with water remediation, leaks, mold, they are your go to people! We were gone for 11 days to come home to find our home flooded from a slab leak. They were prompt and always came at the time they promised! It's nice to work with people who abide by their word!

Maria Sanchez and her crew were very prompt, courteous and professional. Servpro was hired to “pack out” our downstairs furnishings after our frozen pipe burst in February. We need to have a new floor installed due to water damage. Maria carefully packed up all of our downstairs Furniture and household Items. Everything was organized and labeled perfectly.

Moving (a few times!) Maria and her team did an amazing job moving us out and back in to our home when it flooded. Maria was the team leader for our move out/ move in She is so smart, meticulous in detail, clean, neat, organized and fast. She and her team were a complete joy to have around, and did an amazing job! She also has an incredible memory, and remembered where things went even when I did not !
We appreciate how well she managed her team, and took care of our things, like they were her own. We are so grateful for the seamless move back in process!!

Maria Sanchez and her team were a dream to work with. They packed and moved us into temporary housing after water damaged our floors. They made the entire experience so much better than it would have been without such a cheerful team and such a can do attitude. All three of them were such a delight - which made an otherwise difficult move much easier. The work ethic and professionalism that Maria showed was remarkable. She is so smart and has an incredible memory about where everything was packed even down to which box! Wow and she remembered everything we talked about and followed through beautifully. ServPro Duncanville, is the worse company to deal with. Today February 26th still in a hotel our small house (1100 sq ft) have not been redo. There previous project manager was a bunch of lies, so much even to the point of getting fired. We have a new one and it seems like is going the same way. State Farm sent this company.
They demo our kitchen. They out cabinets outside, they got wet, exposed to 14 degrees and now 75 degrees . We, me and my wife, are getting so distressed. Confused, and depressed. Do not let previous reviews fool you.

Ajay and his team were great throughout the entire process. We originally had them come out to give us a quote on remaining work at our house after our previous contractor abandoned the job. They gave us an detailed invoice of the remaining work and it was a fair price. We agreed for them to install our kitchen and closet floor which looks immaculate. Ajay communicated with us throughout the entire process and made this a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend their services!

This group is amazing! We had flooding and had to move out. They came the day after we called and moved the whole downstairs. They are careful, detailed, flexible, and professional. Maria Sanchez and her team of packers were particularly awesome. I am so grateful to Matt and this team. Thank you so much!

Slow leak, big job:
In preparation for a hardwood floor replace/repair, Maria Sanchez and her team packed and moved to off site storage, the kitchen, dining, and study. No small feat, 149 boxes and 2 rooms of antique furniture. Excellent work! All packed extremally well, and loaded very carefully. I would recommend her and her team anytime.

After a major flood ServePro was very fast and did a good job clearing the water out of our home, removing damaged wallboard and cabinets and drying our house.

As stressful as moving day can be, Maria Sanchez made it absolutely seamless! She was very professional and proactive about packing my house up after recent water damage/flood. Her team was so even-tempered and sweet and she was able to translate exactly what we needed. Maria was patient and calm heading to storage location and transporting those items as well. All my delicate items were wrapped securely. With Maria on the job, rest assured you won’t have a care in the world!!!!

In working with Maria Sanchez, who was the project manager for the project, she was prompt, communicative and extremely collaborative in assuring the they met timelines, expectations and considered the homeowner. I will be requesting that she is the one who manages the return of all of my household goods are handled with precision and care.

Maria Sanchez and her team did an amazing job packing all of our downstairs rooms in 2 days. And there was a lot of stuff!! All 3 ladies worked long hours, we’re very diligent and professional and friendly. Maria was extremely helpful with knowing what needed to be done and got it done! She translated what several teams were asking me even though Maria didn’t work with their companies. So helpful!! When Servpro is ready to move everything back into our home, I definitely want Maria and her team to be here and in charge of it all.

Matt Fabish arrived at our house to review damage due to a water leak. He was on time and professional. His calm demeanor was helpful in a time of stress.
The whole downstairs of a large house with antiques and artwork needed to be packed and removed from the premises so construction can commence. Maria Sanchez was in charge of the packing team and spent 4 days with us. She always had a smile and a joke while working. The lovely ladies who worked with her packed SO much stuff, all with care and attention. Other than a lunch break, they worked tirelessly for 4 days.
The crew that moved our 900+ boxes and all of the furniture arrived on time, introduced themselves and got to work. Boxes were packed into the truck with care. Again, all done with energetic efficiency and pleasant and respectful demeanor. I am hopeful we get the same teams upon return of our household items.
