We discovered a pretty bad mold problem in our HVAC system in our home. We went and got quotes from a few different people, but we were pretty overwhelmed by the scope of everything that needed to be done. We went with IAQM based of the honesty and professionalism of Robby Page, the tech who worked with us throughout the project.

Having never dealt with a home issue this extensive, Robby helped tremendously keeping us aware of everything happening every step of the process. There were delays in our project due to unforeseen problems, but Robby was always very quick to let us know about the delay and what was going on. He was professional and communicative through the entire process, and is one of the best project managers I've worked with

Great service! We got a quick turnaround and got timely communication throughout. I'm a Realtor and I was representing the seller in a transaction when we found out mold remediation was needed. We needed it done right and quickly to meet our closing date. Valeria was on top of the project the entire time and followed up frequently. It was a great experience. I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend IAQM, they helped us get our house safe again after we discovered mold. Don and his family have been through it themselves, so they understand the real dangers of mold problems and other environmental toxins. D'Andre is professional, honest, responds quickly and always answers all my questions. I recommend them to all my clients when I suspect mold might be an issue. Even if you don't have a mold problem, getting the air quality in your home checked is very eye opening.

Really happy with IAQM! We needed our baby’s room cleared of mold, and their team was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. They worked with us and accommodated our project to make it possible before the baby arrives. Everything was left clean, and they explained the process so we felt comfortable. I recently had a water damage issue at my home, and Servpro sent out to young men to assess the damage and determine a course of action. They were excellent. They were kind, courteous, and respectful. They were very helpful in explaining the situation and letting me know what needed to be done to get it fixed. I highly recommend Servpro.

Our home was damaged due to a nearby gas explosion. Everyone that I have encountered at Servpro has been extremely professional, helpful, and kind. The lady that came out today exeplified these qualities as well, Maria Sanchez. They have helped move and pack items at our damaged home and new home. They have delivered decorations and items from storage when needed. Their entire process has helped alleviate alot of stress from this already very stressful situation. Eliana and her team where wonderful. I needed to move back in my home after the remodeling was complete. I had 465 boxes in storage including a couple at my temporary residence. She and her team came in and got the job done within 3 days. Eliana, her crew and team of movers where professional, courteous, customer friendly and punctual. My family and I was super comfortable allowing them in our home and watching them work fast. This entire process calmed my anxiety by knowing servpro provides top of the line service. I have always received professional and courteous service from the staff at ServPro especially from the ladies who preformed the PacOut at my home on October 1, 2021 led by Maria Sanchez. She and the other two ladies were meticulous, efficient and caring of the items in my home. I am glad they were the workers to perform this job.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism provided by Servpro and the technicians that provided the mitigation work at my home. They arrived at the agreed time, inspected the areas affected by the water, explained what needed to be done, and started the process of removing the damaged building materials. Drying equipment was placed where needed, and the drying process was monitored; and completed as anticipated. If the need ever arises again, I will definitely contact this Servpro location again.

Maria the young lady you sent over here in charge was one of the most professional individuals I've ever met. She makes the client very comfortable is very helpful she's very knowledgeable and take pride in her work. She made sure everything that was packed was done like it was fragile. Unbelievable,
I have 300 people under me and I would hope that they would take a page out of her book.

My insurance company hired this location of ServPro to pack and move my household goods after a fire. They did show up on time both at the pick up and delivery. It took approximately 6 weeks for them to clean all of my belongings and return them to me. The biggest problem was that there was no inventory of my belongings done as they packed them, no organization and only minimal labeling by room, not by contents of each box. Boxes were only 20%-50% full, so there's about 3 times as many boxes as necessary, taking up far more storage space than I had available. They numbered the boxes but upon delivery did not even verify that all of the boxes were delivered. I had to do my own verification & one box was missing which was never recovered. I have no idea what was in that box since there was no inventory done prior to shipment. They were supposed to help me unpack at my temporary residence but only scheduled the unpacking crew for a couple of hours. (It took a full day to pack so unpacking should have taken at least that long if everything had been properly organized and labeled.) And the unpacking crew just stood around while I unpacked boxes and told them where to put things. One of them did not even speak or understand English and another was his first day with ServPro.

Eric Esquivile and Maria Sanchez's team of two outstanding workers did our move back into our home after all of the work was completed. They did a great job of getting everything unpacked and placed. Maria is one of the most hardworking people I have run across and had an amazing memory of the pack out we did 2 months prior. She remembers everything, it is amazing to work with her. Eric is the boss but he worked as hard as they did. He pitched in and was busy doing everyting from unpacking, organizing my art studio and helping with all of the small details that go into a total move out. All of them had a great attitude, everything I asked was answered with a "sure", "no problem" or "of course" that is so refreshing and makes unpacking an entire house so much easier. They were delightful and had such a can do attitude. A few small things were damaged and they were quick to take responsibilty and tell me how they are going to resolve it. Anyone will be in good hands if they have a need for Serve Pro of Duncanville and have this team to work with!

The team of women who were at the warehouse were an incredible help. A woman who normally works in the office actually came out and physically helped me move things. A woman named Tamara was so kind even though I interrupted her lunch. They made me feel so welcome! Tetris star- Maria Sanchez who works in the warehouse took time away from what she was doing to be EXTREMELY helpful and was a master-configure-er! These women were very professional and also a whole lot of fun! Much appreciated!

This is the second time using their services for water damages. I was very pleased with the quality of work the team displayed while packing my belongings. They were very professional, thorough, and caring during the process of packing my house. After all of the furniture and belongings were packed they took time to clean each room. I would like to commend Eliana for asking what needed to be moved and for taking photos and documenting all items to be stored.

The moving team was very punctual
and efficient. Again taking care to make sure my belonging were well taking care of. I would recommend Servpro for their excellent services. I feel confident in using their services in the future if needed.
