Wish I could give them more stars. I called ADU when I had a leak under my kitchen…Kurt came to inspect and performed the inspection and gave me the right set of advice depending upon how bad the situation was, it helped me very much as his suggestion/advice helped me getting through it without even taking there service as it was not needed. He was honest about it which I liked the most unlike other companies which only goes behind money and try to play the scare tactic. He performed the inspection and handled every thing professionally, one of the best company out there. Highly recommend them, right people to reach for, you will never be disappointed!

I had Brock and Matthew out to my house to take a look at some mold around my vents. They suggested what would need to be done and made the process seem less scary than expected. The techs are very knowledgeable and honest. We would recommend them to anyone who needs there services.

We were notified by the city of a potential leak and could hear running water through our walls so we called ADU and setup a moisture detection inspection. When the ADU rep arrived he checked all the faucets and did a walk through but no moisture detector was ever used. The entire visit was pointless. Nothing was done or advised. We were only handed a business card for a plumber to contact. Would not recommend.

What great service! I called and spoke to Keyana and to my surprise, she was able to get a manager out to my house within 3 hours. After Brock showed up, it was 30 minutes into the diagnosis when he found the leak. I most certainly will use and recommend this company to anyone that has a leak problem in their home or business.

Brock Shelton and this team (Matthew and Melody) are super professional, prompt, HONEST, and have a real sense of urgency for the customer’s care, safety, and also are honest enough to understand that finances ARE very real.

Call this team and just check them out. Just call and they will check out your house for no charge.

These guys were so much help. They really worked with me throughout the whole process. Mathew was very professional and efficient throughout the demolition, and necessary treatment to ensure mold would not become an issue. I appreciate their work and highly recommend their services.

Recently my daughter had a water leak that turned out to be her responsibility. Brock with your firm came out on a Saturday and confirmed the location of the problem and recommended a plumber that responder that evening. They were not able to complete the repair but did help with suggestions . Brock should get a five star rating for his efforts and would recommend your firm to anyone with a leak problem. As a matter of interest we got your contact number from my son since he had used your firm in the recent past. Thanks again for all the professional help provided in this instance by Brock. Jaime and Matthew were exceptional. They calmed my fears and ensured it would be taken care of..and they did just that. Stayci Runnels was my initial contact and guaranteed exceptional service, explaining in detail what the process was. Definately a 10 star company in my book!

ADU came and removed mold and water damaged debris from my bathroom. Matthew and Luke were very professional and informative throughout the process. They explained everything and every step before they began work. And gave me a timeline, which they stuck to. They completely sealed the work area and took away all affected materials. I reached out to ADU with an urgent request to come out and inspect for black mold due to some pretty violent coughing spasms, asthma attacks and other issues my daughter and I have been experiencing. Andrew accommodated my request, having dispatched 2 members of his team in under 24 hours. Brock and Jamie were right on time (nothing worse than waiting around indefinitely when you have an appointment.) Brock and Jamie were knowledgeable, professional, & set up a plan of action to meet my needs. Andrew and his team understood the assignment! :) Highly recommend.

I highly recommend ADU! Tracy at the call center was awesome and answered all my questions. Brock and Jamie came out and detected where my leak was. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would use them again.

We had a bathroom leak that resulted in mold damage. I called another company and got an outrageously high quote which was not doable especially because our insurance wasn’t covering this. Brock came to give me a quote for ADU and it was substantially lower because he said it wasn’t necessary to do everything the other company wanted to do. Jamie came out to do the work and did a great job being thorough, kind and communicative.

Brock Shelton at ADU was absolutely amazing! I’d give more stars if I could. We were told by our pest control company during a routine attic inspection that we had “black mold” on our AC unit and a “layer of black mold” on our insulation. They quoted us $13k to treat and replace the insulation. We wanted a second opinion. Other mold companies wanted to charge $900 for a mold inspection. ADU offered a free inspection and scheduled the next day. Brock was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took pictures and then informed me it was not the scary black mold but just normal mold that forms on the AC unit from condensation which is completely normal for Texas. The layer of “mold” on the insulation was just dust. He educated me on how to clean it myself, where to buy the cleaner and I didn’t spend one dime. He didn’t try to upsell me and he saved me $13k. I cannot recommend this company enough! Will definitely use them again if needed and recommending to all my friends and neighbors.

Melody was terrific! I was very upset because of residential smoke damage. She really helped calm me down and quickly called an inspector. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend ADU. Update: Brock Shelton and Matthew Bolleux are a great team! They quickly arrived at the scene and helped to solve our problem. I give ADU an A+ for customer service and highly recommend them if you need any type of restoration or remediation.

Brock was excellent at communicating with us and his team, Matthew and William, were very good and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job in a timely fashion. I highly recommend using them.

I won’t to start off with a big THANK You to ADU contractors for make a big water situation seem so minor with their great team. Starting with the first call Brock Shelton being quick on the call and coming out and giving me the run down and actually showing me what the water damage caused and what needs to happen to solve the problem. Sending one of his best Jamie Berrera she was great! calling letting me know she’s on her way and be kind of enough to help me more my heavy China hutch which wasn’t easy then off to work she went sitting everything up! thank you Brock and Jamie!! There was another fella didn’t get to meet when him and Jamie came to gather everything up so thanks to all three!!
