My washing machine backed up and turned out it was flooding water into wall and under flooring. Shane was the tech that came out. Using his detectors, he was able to detect where there was water in walls and floor. He explained issue and showed where issue was and what needed be done. They removed damaged area and used equipment to dry and reduce further damage. Trust worthy, thorough, and would recommend to others.

The was a fire in my condo building and my unit suffered from smoke smell/damage. Shane went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. They got to work on my unit faster than the unit across the hall from mine - that actually had the fire and was using a different company. Extremely professional, punctual and let me know what they were doing and why every step of the way. They will be my first call if I ever need damage control again. I cannot say enough great things about them.

We have been very pleased with the service and attention we received from Servpro following a fire in our building, which caused us to be dislocated for two years. When we were ready to return, Servpro made numerous trips to deliver our things as needed. Also their price was reasonable.

This SERVPRO team was incredible for us. We had a water leak behind the tub in our bathroom, and the guys were out as soon as I called them. A few days later, no sign of moisture anywhere near where the leak happened. I would 100% recommend these guys!

After a rainstorm I contacted SERVPRO of Southwest Dallas at 8 am in the morning because of water in my closet. They were at my house at 10 am with thermal cameras, dryers, and dehumidifiers. They came back every day for 3 days to check on the progress of the drying. They were completely professional and cleaned up after themselves. There is never a good time to have a leak, but during the holidays is especially bad! Between Christmas and New Year’s, I started showing signs of a leak in my living room. It started with water outside, moved into dampness under a window and then water seeping up from the flooring. I called ServPro SW Dallas, not only did they have same day availability, but they showed up on time and started work right away. They provided a clear plan to manage the existing water, had great recommendations for a plumber and a contractor to fix the damage.
