Servpro East Dallas came out to Garland for my small business. They installed dry machines and cleaned up the water damage that occurred because of a toilet leak. I was recommended from a friend that used them before.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with ServPro of East Dallas. I have a medical practice, and my clinic flooded this week. Brian came to the clinic after hours, assessed what needed to be done, sanitized the area with antimicrobials, and placed dehumidifiers and fans to run through the night. He told me what steps to take to ensure minimum contamination of the drywall, carpet, and furniture. We were able to get all remediation done within 24 hours with minimal disruption to my business, and we could not have done it without Brian and his team!

You hear about these big franchise companies that don't have that quality customer service treating you like you are just a number. NOT THE CASE HERE! They were extremely helpful and talked with me on a human level hearing exactly what my concerns were and helping find the best solution for my water damage (which ruined appliances as well).

I called the ServePro team based on proximity to my house and positive reviews....and I could not have asked for a better experience. The team was out the same day and were so helpful and communicative. The damage to my house was much more extensive that I expected and they jumped into action immediately...helping me with my next steps along the way. I cannot thank them enough...especially Russell for helping to make the process smooth.

I cannot NOT recommend this company highly enough. I hired Servpro of East Dallas to clean my home for the sale of it, a requirement of the buyer in the contract. They came to do the cleaning, but did such a poor job the first time that we had to call them out again. They came back quickly to repeat the cleaning, but even after that, my realtor said we had to hire a different company to come clean because even after 2 cleanings, it was not acceptably clean. I had to hire a 2nd company to come clean up after Servpro of East Dallas. Brian promised I would be refunded, and asked for photos which I sent immediately, but it has been over 3 weeks and I have not seen a refund of any amount. I have called the office 12 times to pursue the refund that was promised to me, and keep being told that Brian has to be the one to approve or process the refund, and that Brian will call me back, but Brian has never called me back. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this company. Photos attached are from after the SECOND cleaning.

SERVPRO was recommended as a Top Restoration Company in Dallas on Yelp so we decided to go with them. They arrived to my flooded Dallas home and informed me on the process. They extracted the water damage and dried out my hallways. The best company I’ve worked with 100%!

SERVPRO of East Dallas is an outstanding company with excellent customer service – I would highly recommend them! I had a condo listed for sale when the unit above mine had a water leak and damaged the sheet rock and paint in four rooms in my condo. I don’t live near the Dallas area, so I called Brian with SERVPRO of East Dallas and they were on site within 2 hours. He expertly assessed the damage and by the end of the day had 7 drying units working to dry out my unit. Brian did a great job communicating the damage and the drying out process to me using pictures, text messages and FaceTime. Brian kept me up to date for the 8 days it took to dry out my unit (lots of water), removing the damaged sheetrock and drying out the wooden structure behind the sheet rock. Brian also did a great job working directly with my insurance company to get them the documentation they needed to cover my claim – my insurance adjuster even commented that Brian was great to work with. Since my condo needed to get back on the market, Brian made a special effort to get his crews on site quickly to get the sheet rock and painting repairs completed for me, even working Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. My realtor checked their work and verified that Brian and his team did a first class repair job on my condo’s walls and ceiling. Brian and his team at SERVPRO of East Dallas did a phenomenal job drying out and making the needed repairs to my condo, all without me ever travelling to Dallas. If you have water damage, you can trust Brian and his team to fix it right, communicate with you all along the way, and do it for a reasonable price. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Brian and his team and you will be too!

Servpro was a lifesaver when my house was recently flooded! Russell was friendly and super easy to work with, and he made a disaster of a situation easier to deal with. While I hope for my sake I don’t need to, I’ll definitely use Servpro again if I have any restoration needs.

Man do I hate writing bad reviews, as I am a small business owner myself and know that reviews can impact a business. Although, I feel it is necessary and I hope I can help other customers avoid the same heartache I went through.

I trusted Servpro to perform the pack out of my contents after a tree fell on my house. Once I moved back into my house they redelivered my contents. At least 10 of my items were missing and anther 10 of my items were badly damaged and some destroyed completely. Some of the highlights include a 85” flatscreen ruined, my nearly brand new Samsung front loading washer and dryer, crushed like a coke can….a bookshelf that was completely destroyed. My $300 weight bar mysteriously vanished…I could go on. About 8k worth of stuff.

After being patient for 6 months to get reimbursed for the damage, still nothing has been paid and at this point I don't expect to be paid. I have called and followed up many times and either my call is not returned, or when it is there is some excuse. When I am able to get them on the phone, the management has at times been aggressive and not been able to resolve the issues.

Even if you are in an insurance claim, keep in my mind that you can choose any Servpro in the DFW area, and I would definitely work with another Servpro or a different company all together because this place is severely disorganized, the communication is very poor, and they are not responsible.

Its one of those business’ that you can tell they are having some issues internally because of how slow the communication is and how they had some “accident” in the warehouse with my belongings, and how they just always seem to be like they are running behind. You can tell that the business is running them, not them running the business. They are not professional or on there game in any way at all. I would stay away if I could do it over again.

***update to my review: Earlier in the day today, I became frustrated and said to the owner (never spoke to his staff) on the phone, “you guys broke my stuff.” I will admit I used a curse word, but keep in mind that I’ve been patiently and kindly waiting for 6 months and he had started raising his voice at me before I said that. Now he replies to my review saying that I’m making threats, etc. None of that Is true. It’s a complete fabrication.

The settlement offer that I accepted was $3300 on the nearly $8000 worth of damage, and I still have not received the money. The only reason I accepted it is because you will literally spend months going back and forth in their portal, trying to figure out the tedious detail to protest the settlement amount.

Bryan admitted to me on the phone that their claim system is set up so that it makes people give up and just take whatever they’re offering. That’s a pretty terrible way to do business. I don't appreciate you saying that I am trying to intimidate, etc...none of that is accurate.

We suffered a major catastrophe with a tree falling through our roof into our home during a severe storm. From the first call to the office to the final walk through both our home and we were treated with respect and a caring attitude. The Project Manager Kelly and his crew lead by Jason did everything to make our home better than before. They kept us up to date on the progress daily and would give us target dates as they were available. We definitely would use ServPro East Dallas should the need ever arise again. They do amazing restorations. Water damage from an overnight flood was restored. Carpet, wood, drywall and all was just how it was before the flood.
