We had a leak upstairs in the laundry room. Our damage was "limited" due to their prompt response and quick set up. Park Cities was knowledgeable and professional. I HIGHLY recommend calling them for an "unfortunate" situation.

This company started out like gangbusters and I will say, through it all, the employees are very polite and congenial. However, they have been "working" on my house for WEEKS now and it is like pulling teeth to get them to finish. Someone was supposed to clean and RE-STRETCH my carpet - when they came, they did clean the carpet, but did not re-stretch it - I mentioned the big wrinkles and was told - "Oh that will probably settle out when the carpet dries" well............no, so I've been 4 days now with my furniture sitting all over the house waiting for the carpet to be stretched and everything put back. I called this morning and was told "Oh we don't have you on the schedule for anything today" WHAAAAAAAAAT - I'm just so frustrated......nothing is being done and I have out of town guests coming Saturday, which they are well aware of! Would never use this company again!

Have had great experience personally and those who I’ve recommended through the years. Recent smoke damage experience was very disappointing. Technicians caused damage additional damage during their cleaning process but failed to make up aware of the issue. They broke a piece off a statue and left the piece there, and then instead of telling us about the weather strip they torn off underneath the front door, they threw the strip next to our front door bush. Very unprofessional and uncalled for!! This here have given me doubts in any future recommendations.

I had a water damage a while back and Servpro of Park Cities where awesome. They showed up when they said they would and took care of me right away. I remember 1 of the crew's name was Richard and he was most polite and explained everything to me that they were doing and needed to do. I was very please with the experiance.

The crew were professional and knowledgeable. The supervisor, Joey, made doing the job much easier than we expected. Very responsive. Fair pricing compared to our other bids.

This group is great, I feel confident they will take care of any Fire or Water mitigation problem any time I have to refer them. Quick to respond, explain the process and work hard. Once during some heavy rains I needed them, obviously they were swapped with work so they made sure I was able to get another Servpro office in the area to respond to my issue.

Juan and the team at SERVPRO of Park Cities were a complete dream to work with during a very stressful time when we had a pipe burst in our attic and water burst through the kitchen ceiling. They were responsive, prompt, so easy to communicate with, and caring. Their work was flawless and I highly recommend their services.

I used them during this past rain storm as I had two basements flood. The first one was at 3:45 am... yes am .. when I called I talked with Donna which was so nice and friendly at 3:45 am and told me that her team would be out but it might be later as they had several other as well. Then she got me other Servpro companies in the area and one of them was able to help. On the second one, which was the next day, I called Donna and she was able to get a team to my house that was under construction. Heather and her team kept me informed all through the process and was able to not only get the water out but dried everything so I would not have any issues. Even my contractor was impressed which is hard to do. He said he will be using them as well. Just like their commercials say they made it "like it never even happened"

The week of Thanksgiving, my business was vandalized along with several other businesses in the shopping center. Both of the storefront windows were shattered. ServPro of Park Cities showed up in a timely manner, were very professional and did an amazing job cleaning up all the glass! Will definitely use them for future jobs!

Water leak under slab foundation seeped into bedroom and closet. They were very responsive. Joey and Markus were the best to work with. Very happy with their service. Called in Memorial Day and they were here quickly and they monitored everyday to ensure dryness. Highly recommend.

I never got around to expressing how satisfied and pleased my wife and I were with the care, professionalism, and attention to detail we experienced with Servpro of Park Cities.
Our home was set on fire when the neighbor's house caught fire. Our garage caught fire but was extinguished before the whole house went up. We had water and smoke damage in a lot of our home, along with fire damage. We had never suffered any kind of loss before, so the experience was completely new and alien to us.
Servpro Park Cities was called in by our insurance company; they arrived within 8 hours after the fire with a full crew to do emergency tarping and securing of the premises. From then on for several days they were here in force separating what could be cleaned or salvaged and what was ruined.
My wife and I were in a state of shock after the fire. The Servpro staff helped us come to terms with our loss and the cleanup. I would recommend Servpro Park Cities to anyone needing emergency services to cope with a loss like ours. When we finally moved back into our home 3 months later, they brought our salvaged property back, cleaned, carefully wrapped, and intact. A few months later they found in their warehouse some family photos that we thought were lost; Shannon with Servpro actually personally delivered the photos to our daughter in Dallas. Service above and beyond the call of duty in my book, for which I thank Shannon and Servpro.

Aaron Smith did a remarkable job! From the start he diagnosed with great detail and walked with us with a great level of understanding. This is more than recommendation, as a superb level of care is something he brought to this unplanned circumstance

I had the opportunity to work with Servpro Park Cities last week after having 2 pipes burst during the winter storm, causing flooding most of downstairs.
Joey and his crew were the first to come out and assess everything, and they were great! A couple of days later, James came out with his crew and they were just as great! These guys are very very knowledgeable in their business. They showed me damages, meter readings, etc and explained why they were positioning fans and dehumidifiers here and there. Servpro was a USAA referral and I was extremely satisfied with the work performed at my home. The level of professionalism displayed was above excellent! My home is dry and ready to rebuild thanks to the Park Cities Servpro team!

This Company has hard workers committed to meeting the needs of its customers during the most difficult time. A winter storm for us did in our kitchen and flooring. They were responsive to our needs and helped us address remodeling needs while we were working on the damaged kitchen and flooring. Lets just say that the flooring and staircase update was and is amazing. Very pleased. Juan Zelaya championed this project to a very successful and beautiful outcome.
