After the rain that just came through we had experienced some water damage to one of our guest bedrooms, we looked up local companies and hit the Jackpot with this one. Tim came out assessed the damage and walked us through the entire process step by step. We were very impressed and very grateful for the hard work that United Water Restoration provided for us. We know who to call now if something this unfortunate happens again, thanks again Tim!

I can not applaud Arquimedes, Brent and Vincente at SERVPRO enough for their work at my moms house(Mrs. Yates). so far! All 3 of these men have been unbelievably patient explaining the process on what needed to be done to repair her home and very understanding of ALL of her challenges !

Servpro was at my home within hours of the major flooding event. They started work right away. Joe, Keidel, and Jose were very courteous and did a quick job inspecting the apartment, removing the ruined flooring, insulation and drying out the place over several days. I am a general contractor and utilized ServPro to perform mitigation services at a residential property following a roof leak that caused damage to the kitchen below. Working with Arqui from the start was a positive experience. He was prompt for our initial meeting, provided any information I needed, and communicated well throughout the process.

During and after the installation, I worked with Keide and Jose. Both were knowledgeable, professional, and left the home clean and tidy upon completion. I would gladly hire Serv Pro for any commercial or residential mitigation needs in the future.

I recently had damage to multiple rooms in my home caused by water from an adjoining condo unit. It took a while to discover the damage because it was inside a closet - stretching to the living room and a bath - so I didn't notice it at first. Matt at ServPro NE Dallas was immediately responsive when I called for restoration services. Coordinating all the different things that had to be done (furniture removal, flooring, sheetrock, painting, matching accent paneling, tile work, rug restoration, etc) could not have been easy but I was kept apprised of every step and their scheduling was done around my schedule. I love that they always kept me "in the loop" about where we were in the process, what was next, and when it would be done. The crews were knowledgeable, efficient, and great to work with.
When they were finishing up, there was a little bit of an issue with the way the living room rug and its pad were reinstalled. A quick text to them and Joe and Arky were immediately responsive. They were here within 24 hours, moved the furniture, fixed the rug and padding, and put things back just the way they should be.
I sincerely hope that I never have a need for their services again, but should I ever need help with water remediation, restoration, or any kind of reconstruction, they will be my first - and only - call.
It was a nasty, time-consuming situation, but it could not have been handled more professionally and efficiently. They are great!

SERVPRO turned a mishap into a beautiful renovation! They were kind, punctual, and quick to respond to our questions. We would turn to them again if ever in need!

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Enlisting the help of this company after experiencing a fire at home was the worst decision I could have made. I lost my home, the roof above my head, lost my companion/fur baby of 11 years in the fire. And servepro only extended the grief of this entire process. The only thing they did correct was pack up my belongings out've my home. Every step after that was a mess. They damaged (ruined) Almost ALL of my leather belongings (shoes/purses/belts). They didn't attempt to clean anything and it was automatically deemed "unsalvageable". Not one thing was attempted to be cleaned besides my couch which I had to tell them not to clean because they had already ruined my other leather belongings. Everything I received back smelled like smoke and the fire which only reminded me of my loss. They are supposed to restore...they did not do one damn good thing for me besides pack and box things. Electronics were simply plugged in to see if they turned on...and that was their determination of it being salvageable. They didn't attempt any tests with printers. I have a Epson 3880 art printer and all the heads are clogged. Im sure it received water damage and smoke damage within the printer and yet they didn't do one print test. They left that up to me so that i could experience the disappointment of the printer not being the same and not being included on the "unsalvageable" list. Serve pro does not do an inventory of your belongings. A photo of a box filled to the brim with belongings is the inventory. Thats how they keep track of your belongings. No details about your items are kept. No descriptions, brands, Number of things. They simply don't care about your belongings. They Only seem to care about getting their invoice to your insurance company for their pay out. After experiencing losing my home, my companion, and seeing my material belongings reduced down to a nameless, numberless, brandless, basic list of nothingness...is just so disheartening. I feel the loss all over again. Now even more so, having lost what really mattered anyway and now seeing that everything I have worked so hard for over the years was reduced to nothing. I would not recommend this company to anybody for anything.

Servpro of Park Cites moved my contents to my new residence. All the staff were extremely friendly and informative of the process. They arrived on time and did a great job. Would highly recommend!!!

I manage a multi-floor property. I had a sprinkler head go off on the second floor causing water damage on two floors. Called Servpro on a Friday night. They care in and worked over night to help dry and remove all the water from the building. I would recommend them.
