Great team - responsive, professional, communicative, and very timely. Couldn’t have asked for more from the team that I worked with. I hope I never have to use a disaster recovery team again. But if I do, I’ll be using this team.

We have used ServPro of Park Cities for water damage and restoration at our house for two different incidents. Juan and his team were very responsive and a tremendous help through the entire process. Juan is an expert at dealing with the cumbersome insurance process. The team was very professional and had our house put back together very quickly.

Do not use this company! They have a billing/accounting problem. I got a threatening email from the owner recently about an unpaid bill from a service that they performed 2 YEARS AGO. It took so much of my time to go over what was done 2 years ago with the insurance company to figure out what was paid and what was not. When I asked the owner why did he wait so long to send the bill, he said he had sent an email 2 years ago but apparently no follow up since then. I had to look through my emails from back then and could not find any communication what so ever regarding payment. I end up paying them, still not really knowing if the charge was accurate, but it took up so much of my time re-hatching what happened from then. He even told me there are 200 other customers like me that have not paid their bills and he is trying to collect from them. I wonder, how many of these 200 customers are victims of his company's accounting/communication problems.
The only positive about this company is Alison who was a lovely person to interact with 2 years ago from what I remember. However, the owner needs a management course on accounting and customer service. I was looking at the google rating comments of other clients and saw that he has given himself a 5 star rating-smh.

Markus went above and beyond with impeccable communication and graciousness. He treated us like family and showed genuine care to do the job right and dry our house up. Roland took the lead on moving us out and was a pleasure to work with. He was so kind to make sure we had everything we needed. Not to mention he let our dogs in and out of the house and made sure they had food and water. It would have been easy for both these guys to just do their "job" and get to the next one, but they took their time to do it right. And make sure we were comfortable with every step of the process.

ServPro Park Cities handled our water damage promptly and efficiently. They responded the same day we called.

They always showed up on time or early.

Byron did a great job of explaining and executing the remediation (drying) process. They ran the fans and dehumidifiers for 5 days and fully dried out the area. This reduced the actual repairs that were required.

Jamison managed the repairs. He showed up on time, communicated well with me and our tenant. The repairs were finished in one day. His crew was polite and efficient.

State Farm paid based on ServePro estimates without sending their own adjuster.

The administrative office handled billing and scheduling politely and accurately.

I will definitely recommend ServPro Park Cities to any of my friends that need water remediation and repair.

A recent second floor toilet overflow caused water damage to the kitchen ceiling on the first floor below. After calling Servpro, a mitigation team was quickly dispatched and removed water-soaked ceiling drywall and set up fans to dry any structural wood above the ceiling. They carefully taped up plastic sheets to cover cabinets, counters and floors to prevent damage before doing any work. The team was friendly and efficient in getting things dried out in two days. For the ceiling repair, including new drywall and repainting, I used Servpro’s contracting team with Jamison Miller as the manager. He was very professional and timely in staying in touch to get a dry wall installer and painter scheduled. They installed the new ceiling and repainted in a day. Also, they scheduled an electrician to come check the electrical and remove a water-damaged light fixture. I was very happy with the mitigation team and contractors. Everyone was good about contacting me for scheduling and were professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend them.

A pipe burst in our kitchen, which flooded it and caused lots of damage. Our insurance company recommended SERVPRO to mitigate the water damage. Skylar and his team did an excellent job drying out our house and removing the damage. Once that was over, we chose SERVPRO as our contractor to restore our kitchen to working order. Again, an excellent job by Aaron and Vanessa. They worked hard to get us through the renovation process and we are so pleased.

The Servpro crew did an exceptional job of restoring my parents' hallway, laundry room and floors after flooding caused by burst pipes. Special thanks to Ajay, Jose, and Dora, who listened carefully to our quite complex needs and responded effectively. The timeline was tight because my father was due back from a lengthy hospitalization, and although all the work had to be done during the holidays, they did a quality job in record time. My mother and her caregiver remained in the home throughout the work, and reported that everyone who came was extremely polite and respectful of their health and privacy. Highly recommended.

I hired ServPro to work on my house after it suffered a major plumbing leak. They did all the demo, drying. And water mitigation. I also had them do all of the reconstruction. Jose Guerrero, the project manager, was superb to work with. Very knowledgeable and very responsive, he communicated frequently throughout the project and made very solid recommendations. I would hire him and the Servpro team in a heartbeat if I ever need to do more construction.

From start to finish ServPro helped us transform a nightmare scenario into a beautiful home renovation. After leaving the hospital with our first baby, we came home to a house with a burst pipe underneath the flooring. This required a complete pack up, move out and tear out of all hard wood flooring, cabinets, and countertops. ServPro made the process SO much easier by handling every aspect of the move out (plus move in to rental), remediation, restoration, and renovation for several cosmetic changes we decided to make. They worked with our insurance provider which was very helpful, too. Big shoutout to Aaron who managed the project seamlessly with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. Every request we made was met and lots of creative problem solving when required. Vanessa, our flooring specialist, was also a very knowledgeable and helpful resource. We had a flood in our house and our insurance company sent us to Servpro of Park cities. We were in a difficult situation, but Servpro was wonderful to work with. The whole team was very helpful, but I have to say Jamison Miller was the star of the team. He was very respectful and polite. He was very responsive to every need. He kept us informed, and was quick to reply when we had questions. Jamison made the process stress and worry free. We highly recommend working with this company, especially with Jamison as the conduit to the other team members.

From day one, Aaron Smith with the RECONSTRUCTION side of ServPro was the best thing sent in my direction; he went above and beyond in every possible way. He set foot on the property daily to make sure the tradesmen were moving along with the repairs and that everything was up to par. There were days he might be at my property and there was a package on the doorstep; he would take it inside and send me a picture of where he left the package. Being out of the home physically, I appreciated that.

The whole process took just over four months, of which during that time Aaron was joined by Jose Guerrero when it was realized there was also roof damage. When he was here inspecting the roof, Jose realized there was trouble in my swimming pool with the filter that he called to my attention. He made me aware of it, as I wasn't at the property to see it myself; even though it was outside of his scope, because that is just who he is.

Aaron Smith and Jose Guerrero made all the difference in how things turned out. Although I used ServPro for the entire claim from water mitigation to reconstruction, the service I would highly recommend is all about the reconstruction project managers. Aaron and Jose take their jobs seriously and wish to see the customer happy. They were honest and upfront throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed to my satisfaction. I give five stars, but only to Aaron and Jose; the other departments were not as honest, thorough or knowledgable, in my opinion, which was disappointing. Aaron and Jose are the brightest stars in the ServPro galaxy!
