Recently, we had a mold problem under my house, and we called SERVPRO of Northeast Dallas. Their team was very professional and kept us informed at every step to restore my daughter’s home.
I especially want to thank Keidel, Vicente, and José, who did an amazing job. I highly recommend them 100%!

Mr. Joe Harrington was amazing, Very attentive to our needs and concerns, as well as seemed very prepared and extremely knowledgeable of the entirety of the process and everything it would entail. Overall, all this Servepro made my water loss experience as smooth as it could’ve been. They handled all communication with my insurance carrier and did an excellent Job in My Home! I would use Call again 1 million times!

Arquimedes and his team provided outstanding and professional services to my home when we experienced a flood. Their expertise and efficiency in handling the situation were remarkable, ensuring everything was restored properly. Beyond their technical skills, their kindness and empathy were truly overwhelming, making a difficult time much more manageable. They are a group of great professionals who genuinely care about their clients, and I highly recommend their services.

I had a house flood that damaged, and soaked carpet, carpet pad, sheetrock, wood paneling, and trim. The mitigation work was primarily done by Bailey and Brandon.
Their expertise in what they did was readily apparent. They were very thorough, explained what they were doing and why. And, they showed up to work when they said they would.
These guys were real pros and were a easy to work with. I highly recommend them for mitigation work based on the job they did for me.

Joe, Keidel, and Vicente are the ones who worked on water mitigation on our house for a water leak. They did a great job with explaining the process and were clear on what to expect. They arrived on time and worked very hard to open the space up and install the equipment for the mitigation process. I will recommend these guys to anyone that needs restoration services! I didn't want to post a bad review because despite the awful experience we had with this company, many of the people I interacted with thru our repair were very professional & kind in their demeanor. But the fact that weeks after the job is done I am continuing to be harassed by their billing department, over invoices that they confirmed were paid in full by our insurance company, I feel compelled to share as a warning to others.
Our repair process with servpro was riddled with delays, property damage, mistakes & false promises. The demo crew soiled all of our clothes & linens, broke our closet shelves, bed frame & scratched our dresser. The restoration crew delayed our repairs by days to weeks on each step. The management responsible for making things right meant well but dropped the ball multiple times as well. And now, the billing department has been sending seemingly endless emails in regards to balances we already paid, which they even stated we paid in previous emails themselves, but they seem unable to keep their own stories straight.
If I could rate zero stars I would. Do not use this company if you value your time, property & sanity.

Jose, Vincente, and Keidel did a great job with our horrific water damage caused by a busted pipe. They came out on a Sunday and worked through the Labor Day holiday. They were professional, respectful, hard working, thorough and efficient. Highly recommend!

We are so happy that we called ServPro of Northeast Dallas for our water penetration problem. They were very responsive and were at our home the next day with an amazing amount resources to dry our slab. They were punctual, ease to reach, communicated thoroughly, and checked progress regularly. Arquimedes lead the team - he was very professional and communicated very well throughout. BEWARE! Terrible experience with this company - do not let them handle your insurance claims! On 9/10/2025, after a water leak in my upstairs wall, I called my insurance company Traveler's to file a claim. They recommended this company Serv-Pro to handle the water mitigation and dry out the affected area. As this was my first insurance claim, I unfortunately agreed. Serv Pro arrived that same day, started inspecting both floors of our home for damage, set up fans to dry the area, and communicated to me the damages they saw and what they would need to replace/repair, which according to them, was going to be ALOT. The project manager Arquimedes asked me if I knew if our house had asbestos. I did not, so he ordered an asbestos test for the next morning and said i would have the results asap.

The next day, things changed for the worst. First off, Arquimedes called me and said that the insurance told him that they were only going to cover $10,000 worth of damages per my policy and that it would be difficult to complete the repairs under that. I told him that we could not go out of pocket for this - that was not an option. The tone of our conversations changed after this. Now that he wasn't going to make a lot of money on this job, my impression was that he did not care as much about getting the job taken care of. He also told me that he would send the asbestos test results next day.

On Friday 9/12, Arquimedes told me over the phone that the test was positive for asbestos, and that another company would have to handle this and sent me a phone number. I asked for the results of the asbestos test as well, and he told me he would have it to me in the next hour. He never sent it. The asbestos abatement company did come to the house that day and began to act strangely as soon as I told him that he would need to provide me a quote and not just bill Serv-Pro.

After I got the first quote on Monday, I began to call other companies to come to the house to provide estimates for asbestos abatement. One company agreed to, but the other companies I called all said that they needed the asbestos test results in order to give an accurate estimate. I called and texted Archimedes, but he didnt answer. I then called my insurance adjuster and told him that he needed to request this informatiton from Serv-Pro as well. He apologized saying this was the first time Traveler's had worked with this specific branch.

On Tuesday 9/16, after still no answer from Arquimedes, Serv-Pro sent me an email asking to release funds to pay the insurance. I immediately forwarded this to Arquimedes and said I would not authorize payment without an itemized invoice and the asbestos test results. No response. I called my insurance adjuster again and said that this was unacceptable, I needed that form immediately no exceptions, and that Traveler's should NEVER recommend Serv-Pro to anyone else. Within 5 minutes, Archimedes emails me the asbestos test results and texts me apologizing that he had a chaotic day the day before. Still no itemized invoice.

Today is 9/24/2025. Today I received an invoice from Serv-Pro saying that my payment was 7 days overdue. Ridiculous as this is the first time I have been billed. I have finally gotten the asbestos abatement done and getting quotes for the rebuild. However, Traveler's still does not have the itemized invoice from Serv-Pro, so they have still not sent me the estimate for the total damages and repair, and will not release payment to me for the work that has already been done. 2 weeks of waiting.

The only reason this review has 2 stars, and not 1 star, is because of the mitigation team lead Brent. Brent is an extremely professional and good man. He would call me every time he had to come over to the house to check the drying equipment. When I had questions about the original inspection, I would call Brent and if he was busy, he would get back to me as soon as he could. I really appreciate all of his work and that he did not treat me as a customer to profit from, but a human being.

Had the pleasure of working with Joe on a unique project. Very professional communication was on amazing at all stages of the project. They are definitely pros.

My husband and I were in need of SERVPRO late Sunday evening after returning from the weekend. The house had extensive water leak from upstairs that filled the house with water.
