J&J did good work for us! Our fridge was leaking water. John was able to stop by and quickly diagnose the problem with our filter housing. He also recommended replacing the motor, since it was making a loud noise. They quickly sourced the parts and made a follow up appointment. The total time to fix both things took John about 15mins - that's what years of experience buys you. Price was fair, communication was great, and service was fantastic. I would highly recommend them when you need your next appliance repair.

When the refrigerator died suddenly 2 days after an expensive Christmas, I immediately began running through all the scenarios of my options. They all seemed like they were going to be very painful. My 1st inclination was to find a used fridge, but after searching multiple 'for sale' sites, things looks even worse than I thought.

Jeremy was so helpful. We actually didn’t have an issue with the stove, it was a whole other issue, and he walked with through how to go about fix it. Ended up just paying the trip charge. So friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be calling them again if we ever have an issue with any other appliances.

This company receives excellent reviews and both Jeremy and Adam are friendly and accommodating. They kept me up to date about arrival time and were punctual. They were able to find the part for my very old washing machine and returned to install it as soon as part was received. When an appliance needs to be repaired, I definitely would recommend these guys.
