Could not be more satisfied with Got Your 6. Jeremy was great. He was very knowledgeable, professional and honest. He showed up on time, fair priced and very friendly. Jeremy explained each step in the required service(compressor replacement on LG refrigerator) and a complete pricing breakdown. We will definitely use them again if we have to.

Could not be more satisfied with our experience with Got Your 6. Adam was knowledgeable, professional, personable and went above and beyond to make sure we knew our options. He even gave advice as to what to consider when purchasing appliances in the future. All in all a great experience.

The service was outstanding! Fast, knowledgeable, personable and effective. I was able to text info about the issue we were experience in advance of service call and the team showed up with parts in hand ready to address same day. Phenomenal job guys! Amazing experience with this company. I looked them up on Google and called them in the morning and Adam came out the same afternoon to fix our washer drain pan. Him and Jeremy were very communicative throughout the whole process and provided an estimate up front explaining the cost of everything as well. We were beyond impressed with how quickly Adam was able to get everything fixed and explained to us what he did and why he did it. I felt so much at peace knowing that we chose the right people to fix our washer drain pan. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!

I called near closing, got a call back immediately and service was booked for the next day. Tech showed up on time, was professional and efficient. Repair on oven went well and he was done quickly. 100% recommend these guys.

Fantastic job by the technicians, truly kind, professional, and competent. I had 3 different repair companies fixed my refrigerator and all 3 pales in comparison to “I got your 6”. They truly got my 6 and fixed it right. The techs were veterans and military friendly…thank you for your service to our great nation and to continue service to our communities. Jeremy responded to a post on Facebook and came by the same day. He replaced a bad switch on my microwave that was causing it to come on when opened. He was kind, informative, and competent, and tolerated my questions well. :)
