There's a reason that every review these folks have is 5 stars. Great company! Prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Great customer service. Actually had them out for one repair and was so impressed called them again a week later to fix something else. Will definitely be using them again next time I'm in need of some kind of appliance repair.

We are so impressed with this company! They were here when they said they would and completed a very thorough analysis of our refrigerators, gave us a quote and completed the repairs 2 days later. There is still one left to repair, but he will be back next week- very happy! Will definitely tell our friends and family and will use them again. Very honest and straightforward and you don’t get that a lot anymore!

Replaced major appliances. Incredibly quick turnaround and installation went smoothly.

Highly recommend. One of our dishwashers quit working and we weren’t sure who to call. This place had great honest reviews and they were correct! They diagnosed the issue on the first visit, ordered the parts and fixed the issue on the 2nd visit. Honest, fair price and quality technicians that know their stuff. Will save Thai company for any future appliance issues.

Very good. He helped me understand what I needed to know.

The only thing I wish he did was turn off the Water Faucets to the Washer. Two days later, there was water all over the floor. The Washed was filled with water and the excess was going to the Floor.

But my overall impression is that he knew his stuff and probably forgot to turn off the water.

If you already know what the problem is you had better call and see if you can get a quote. The scheduling site is misleading and you are going to get charged much more for a repair. Paid $130 for them to come for 10 minutes and tell me the info I had already given them in my description. Then offerered to fix it for a price that could get me a new washing machine altogether. After the technician tells my wife he hates working on those types of washers. I'm sure they do decent work. Just seemed a little dodgy to me.

This company is trustworthy and their customer service is top notch! Jeremy is thorough, friendly, explains everything and I would trust him again with any of my applaince needs! He went above and beyond! Thank you guys!!!!

Got Your 6 Appliance Repair is awesome. We have been having trouble with our dishwasher not working and flashing a code. We called GY6 and Doug came to help us. It was the strangest thing. This dishwasher would work when Doug was here and then stop working when he was gone. He stuck with us for several days as we kept calling when it wasn’t working and working when he showed up. Doug figured out what was going on and fixed it. We were so happy with their response time, the good service and the fair pricing. We will definitely use them again and we highly recommend their service.

Got your Six offers amazing customer service and professional care. We ordered an oven that ended up being back ordered from the manufacturer, but they found us a similar oven and installed it right away. Jeremy and Doug were great - answered all our questions and made sure we knew how to operate the new oven. We have had them repair our fridge too - absolute best experiences working with them!

Super easy to schedule an appointment online. I was given a window of 8am-12p. The repair was completed by 9am! Doug was friendly and knowledgeable.

Jeremy was super helpful to us regarding our washing machine. We ended up replacing it with a new washer because the cost to fix the gear box in it just wasn’t worth it.
Jeremy came out on a Monday, and was back with our new washer on Wednesday morning.
He got it all set up and it’s working great!
