We called Texas True Appliance Repair when the ice maker in our fridge had stopped working. We had a great experience from beginning to end! The women at the office were super friendly and were able to help me each time I called. They fit us in right away and Fonzy came to look at the ice maker. It was not responding and he had to order us a new ice maker. It took a week for the part to come in and Fonzy came back to install the new ice maker. He had a very busy day and still had a smile on his face and was very professional and friendly the whole time he was here. If you are looking for great service, look no further! You won’t be disappointed!

Stuart provided great service, and he came during the window they said they would come. He had the right part and fixed our washer. Afterwards, he spent some time levelling the machine better than it had been even though we didn't ask for that.

I called about 4 or 5 appliance repair shops and the quotes were sooo expensive! I almost spent 1500.00 for a new washer and dryer but decided to call Texas True(should have called them first) . The customer service was truly top-notch. The repairman Derrick was fantastic! He took the time to explain what was going on and answered all my questions patiently.
