Refrigerator decided to crap out the day before Christmas Eve, called that evening, Andrei was out the next day at 11:00am, after getting the part, had the refrigerator going by 4:00pm. Would highly recommend this company, and Andrei

I had them out to repair my dryer initially. Right away they pretty much knew it would be my heating element, tested it and it was bad. Took it out and the coil was broken. They had to order the part but was quick to come back out and install. Then had to call them for my freezer and after testing it they were honest that I was better off getting a new one vs the cost of repairing. Very honest, straight forward and always professional. They are my go to for appliance repairs.

There is no better customer service than a technician that is up front, honest, and dependable. Not only that, but answers your questions about your repair, walks you through steps to troubleshoot and even facetimes you! Andrei is a cut above. I have never had this amount of care and attention to a sticky situation than what Andrei has provided. He walks me through everything I need to do to save me from another service call. Truly a masterclass!

Andrei did an awesome job repairing our washer. Turned out we needed a drain pump replaced. He had the part ready and was able to finish the repair in less than an hour for a fair price.

Andres came on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with the washer. Ordered the OEM part and came back in day to replace the faulty component. Washer was up n running in 3 days. Very satisfied with the professionalism and quick response time of AGB!!

Mr. Edwards diagnosed the problem with microwave immediately and fixed it. While repairing microwave heard noise from ice maker that’s been a problem for years and many technicians were unable to repair, Mr Edwards knew exactly what the problem was and repaired it. All About Appliances and Mr. Edwards are the best !

My experience with All About Appliances is the best I have ever had with an appliance company. The lady that answers the phone was very friendly and a service tech called me back within 30 minutes. They came the same day and got my washer fixed. The next week my dryer started making a terrible noise and I called them again. They have my part ordered and will have it repaired within two days. I felt the price was more than fair and the service second to none. If you need any appliance repaired give them a call!! This is the first time in a long time that I have received great service and fair price.
