We the washing machine worked on and H&H Denton Appliance Repair responded on the same day. They did an awesome job. Very happy with job done.

Worked on the dryer. It failed after he left. Called him, said he would return to fix his defective work. No show no call. Pleasant man, but he arrived with his wife and another woman, who is either his sister or sister-in law. That was surprising and really unprofessional. So not use this company!

Took our diagnostic fee and then ghosted us. Basically a scammer in my eyes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We got desperate with a shorter timeline and it cost us $$

Called for service on our Kenmore. They were super responsive, got same day service. Definitely will call again if something else happens!

Very honest, clever, prompt, and timely repairs. If it's simple, they'll fix it during the service call. If it requires parts, they'll charge for parts and installation, but refund the service call. If its not repairable, they'll let you know, and you only pay the service call. The repairman was knowledgeable and knew lots of tricks for getting to the correct diagnosis without just replacing parts haphazardly. I've used them twice so far - they're sharp.

Andrei came out and accessed our refrigerator and ordered a part. When he came back with the new part that didn't fix the problem. He then went through several more trouble shooting scenarios until he figured it out! Price was very reasonable as well. We will use AGB in the future.

My husband submitted a request on Monday 12/16 for a washer repair. As of today 12/19, no one from the company has reached out to schedule. We contacted Appliance Recovery Tuesday afternoon and they contacted us within two hours to set an appointment, and they had the job done within an hour. Don't waste your time with a company that 3 days later still has not reached out to set an appointment. Very disappointing.

I called AGB on a Wednesday evening after 5:00 and left a message about my LG Dryer. Their office called me back that same night and scheduled for the next day. I assumed it would just be an assessment on Thursday but was pleasantly surprised he had the parts with him. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and within an hour I was back in business. I strongly recommend this business. What a great experience.

I looked up Stand Mixer repair on-line and AGB appliance had a nice page about options. When I called the number and started to explain my request the woman who answered cut me off to state they don't do stand mixers. I confirmed I was speaking to AGB appliance and let her know their business has a website with specific information about stand mixer repair. She then hung up on me.

Unexpectedly my washer wouldn't drain or spin. I called 2 appliance repair companies and chose the one with the less expensive service call charge, which is AGB. I called to schedule the service call on Wednesday morning, the appointment was scheduled for the same day, which was AWESOME! Andrei was quick to diagnose the problem, I authorized the repair, he ordered the part and I have a working washer the day after the service call!!! DEFINITELY 10 star service!!

Our dishwasher stopped working and AGB sent a technician the same day we called. Tech was able to diagnose the issue right away and got the dishwasher up and running. We will definitely be using AGB again!
