Mr. Tullos’ service was excellent. He was able to come out the same day. Even though it was raining, he was able to diagnose the problem and have the unit up and running within 15 minutes. Since he’s a certified Goodman technician, he was able to honor the parts warranty without a problem. I will definitely use Tullos Services in the future.

I’m very please with the services I received from John today! I was able to get an appointment on the weekend so I wouldn’t be left without ac for long. John came out in a timely manner and assessed the situation quickly! He was very knowledgeable and knew what the issue was immediately. His work was efficient and prices were very affordable! My old units were installed in 1976 and were being held together by rust. Jon and his men installed three units in one day and did a great job. In addition, they swept the floors and left my place cleaner that when they started. Their prices were fantastic as was their work. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for my annual checkups.

Fantastic work and customer service. Tullos came out himself same day and didn’t waste time pitching products. We hired them to remove and replace our old AC and also to do some upgrades on the new one. Fair prices , straight shooter. He works on all my families homes.

John was always prompt. I asked him questions with if you were getting this system for yourself what would you do? I feel he always gave me an honest answer. I would recommend him.

Time came to replace my hvac system and this company provided me all my options and explained what would be best for my home. The team took about 3 hours to install my new system and I was provided with information regarding my warranty. Before choosing this company I had ac companies come out and quote 20k and 30k, (way too much) They all wanted to know who did my last repair because their work was great. I knew when other companies were complimenting Johns work that he was my best choice for installing a new system.

Had 15 year old 3 ton air/co system replaced with a Goodman 3.5 ton to include gas furnace. I could not be happier with the system and install. Mr. Tullos and foreman Carlos plus crew were very professional and thorough. System was installed in less than 1 day and is working beautifully. As a retired service professional, I whole heartedly recommend J. Tullos Services.
