I was able to get same day service, and I found technician Steve to be knowledgeable, honest, and informative regarding the HVAC issues I had been alerted to by another company. Steve and I discussed professional and DIY methods of handling current and future AC issues. I’m really glad I found Bosworth as the first hit on my Google search because I’ve had problems in the past with other companies price gouging me over things that I simply lack the tools to do myself. I know I’d been in need of a company to handle preventative maintenance on my unit, and I’ve found that company in Bosworth. Steve didn’t hard sell me on anything, which I loved, and pointed out future repairs with general price ranges. I absolutely can’t stand when someone won’t at least ballpark repair prices, as I know official quotes can be very different in the end, but Steve is an old school professional and was open about real pricing and what actually needs to be addressed and when. Honesty always builds the best businesses.

I called Mackey Services after company I usually have service my AC spent 6 hours and 800 bucks later to not fix my system and tell me a needed to rewire system. Heath and Joe arrived next day and had the problem diagnosed properly within 20 minutes. Heath took the time to explain in detail the issue and steps they took to isolate the problem and fix at reasonable cost. Scheduling the appointment was pleasant and very friendly and caring staff. I will be calling Mackey Services from now on. Outstanding service!!!!!

Absolutely the best company!!!! I was having a horrible start to my week when a tree took out my power Josh and Andy came out to give me a quote and were so sweet and really made my day better. Then they came out to do the work and again absolutely amazing they got everything done and made sure we were good before leaving. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone. All around great customer service including the young lady in the office she was so nice too.

Wonderful company, I couldn't be happier with their service. Omar was my technician, he was very knowledgeable and was able to find and fix the issue with my AC unit. Service was fast and very professional. I was worried I'd have to replace the unit, Omar was able to fix it even though I have an older unit. Price was affordable, a lot cheaper than replacement. Very honest company.

They are now my go to company HVAC services.

My experience with Mackey Mechanical Services was excellent. I had a problem my home A/C unit not cooling properly. I called them at 8:00 A.M. and had a technician at my house by 12:00 that same day. It was determined that my evaporator coil had a leak. 2 days later they returned with a new coil. Once again, the technicians arrived promptly and did a great job of installation.
The two technicians were Daniel and Omar; They were both pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable. After recharging the system, they completely checked the system to ensure there were no more leaks and did a great job of cleaning up. I think the price I paid was fair and would definitely recommend Mackey Mechanical.

Mackey was very responsive getting my technician Joe G out to my house to diagnose my AC issues. Joe had great customer service explaining the issues and potential solutions. He did not make it a pushy sales experience, but instead I walked away fully understanding what I needed to make a decision to repair or replace.

So I contacted Mackey Services and Omar Castro was at the house 3 hours later. He was patient, honest and explained everything he found. He took the time to investigate the entire system. Omar showed up on time and did a great job! He explained everything in detail and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We’ll be asking for Omar when we get the system checked on our new house in the coming weeks. Really good guy and we have had nothing but great service from Mackey over the years. My experience with Mackey was great. I called and was able to have a tech out the next day. Our tech was Robert and he fixed issues with three different outlets on the first call out and was extremely polite. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

The technician was awesome, he found the problem in three easy steps. But when you call the company to schedule they don’t tell you that the service fee ($85) doesn’t include diagnosis ($296) which in total is $381 instead of just $85. The company needs to be up front with their customers and what they will be charged.

I had a Kohler 26 KW generator installed. The Mackey electricians did an awesome installation and they were very professional and friendly during the several days of installation work. I have another property with a Generac generator installed by another company, and there is no comparison. Mackey did a superior job.
