I requested Joe G. and he did a wonderful job maintaining my heater. He gave me great information, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. Joe came out for my annual maintenance service last spring and winter; I will request him again this upcoming spring.

My first time using Mackey Services and Blaise was wonderful when we spoke regarding pricing when there was a misunderstanding about the diagnostic fee. Omar was my technician and he was very kind, prompt and informative. Overall my experience was wonderful and they had my heat up and working 5 minutes after arrival. The entire process was quick and painless, they were able to come out same day and came back first thing the next morning after the needed part arrived. No more freezing in this cold weather we've been having!

Today ANOTHER GREAT job by Mackey. We discussed my attic insulation has been deteriorating and planned the installation for September 3rd.
Today I received texts the 2 technicians came set up an insulated the attic it’s 12:30 and my house is 71 and cycling on the thermostat.

They were courteous, careful with the home, and completed the job quickly and correctly. I especially liked how they answered all my questions and left the workspace clean. Excellent customer care and great value, I would definitely call them again for any heating or AC repair.

Just met John today. He came to check our AC unit to change over the extended warranty to us. He was very friendly and gave us suggestions to make one of the rooms upstairs cooler. I would definitely recommend him to any one needing AC service.

Anyone needing an honest, and friendly HVAC contractor that keeps his word and takes pride in a job well done needs to be made aware of J. Tullos Services. John has taken care of my AC needs twice now and I have been nothing but pleased and saved money. If you call anyone other than J.T. you will be paying to much.

Had an A/C issue Saturday afternoon, called Mr Jonathan Tullos and this gentleman showed up on a Sunday after church to look at our air-conditioning issue. To sum it up, he fixed it the next day without any issues.

Been with them since 2020. Best services without charging an arm and a leg.

Mr. Tullos is prompt and always on top of it! He even checked in several times after our repair. Anytime we’ve had an issue he takes care of it ASAP! We will also be replacing our entire system with him in a couple months. Definitely appreciate the amazing customer service and quality in his work.

I was referred to Mr Tullos by a coworker.
My old unit quit cooling on a Saturday.
I had called several shops before I learned of Tullos services.
I actually had an appointment scheduled for 1pm with a different company.
Mr Tullos came out to give me an estimate for a new unit at my request that morning.
While there he quickly found the problem with my unit and had us cooling again with in 10 minutes of being there at no charge.
I decided to buy a new unit from J Tullos. He is very courteous and professional. By Tuesday his men were installing my unit and were done by five.
Carlos and one other gentleman (sorry didn't get his name) were also very professional in their work. The install looks fantastic.
I will be using this company again this winter to change out my duct work.
Hope to have this company servicing my equipment for years to come.

After calling and getting a few quotes around, would say that J Tullos Services has the best prices in town also their honesty and quality of work. Did an amazing job from the minute they started all the way to when the work was done. John was very professional responsible and always on time and showed a very positive attitude about his work. I am HIGHLY recommending J Tullos Service to whom ever needs an A/C unit.

I text him about 8 o’clock Monday morning after Thanksgiving. He returned my text and said he could get to me later. He was actually at my Mom’s house before 1:00 came out fixed my mother‘s heat and it was very affordable. Thank you. He was very professional and explained in detail what he actually did. I recommend his service 100%.
