Marvin was by to do my 6 month check up on my unit and as always did a great job. He is always very kind and knowledgeable about the unit and replacements if need. Hopefully that won’t be for a while, fingers crossed. Thank you Marvin! 😅

Have been utilizing Mackey Services for a few years. They never disappoint. I always know step by step what is going to happen and what it is going to cost. My techs are always very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate that they track when I am due for service and never have any trouble getting an appointment. They also always send a follow up email after every visit with a list of what was done with pictures.

The technician that came to my house, Omar, was very professional and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable. He listened to me and my wife explain our situation and then went to assess the situation. He kept me up to date one each issue he found and what the cost would be before moving forward. It was a great experience.

Solid operation. Called EOD Thursday for generator servicing and they had technicians at my house the next morning, just before the storm hits. Highly recommend.

I have been with Mackey for several years and have had the best experiences with them. The team members are thorough and well versed in customer service and satisfaction. I have the yearly maintenance plan and have had multiple repairs completed to full satisfaction. I have nothing but thumbs up for my complete experience.

The service call was completed within 2 hours of contact by Joe Guttierez. Joe was well informed, capable and forthcoming with explanations to keep me informed at each juncture of the visit. It was truly a pleasure to see this young man go about the task at hand with competence, speed and courtesy.

There was no email communication, appointment time change confusion.
Overall I felt like I am not in good hands when it comes to giving job order to Mackey services.

I calked Mackey Services for a tune up on the cooling and heating systems. The representative was very helpful on the phone, and the technician was very professional, courteous and efficient. Much appreciated!

Both John and Andy did a fantastic job and made quick work of it. Showed up on time, fixed my wiring in the kitchen, and put everything back in order all at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend these two gentlemen and Mackey in general. Lesson learned is to always hire a qualified electrician and not cut corners here.

This is my first experience using Mackey for system maintenance and I was extremely pleased. The office updated with delay and then notified of expected arrival. Heath and Joe reviewed the entire maintenance done today. They showed pictures and explained in detail recommended service needs. They were extremely patient will all of my questions. I will definitely recommend!

My former HVAC service company wanted to charge me $2000 to install a new control board for my HVAC. I ordered the board online for $500 and called Mackey Services. Their service team was happy to help install and program the integrated control unit for $350. Their team showed up exactly on time and the technicians showed true professionalism and expertise, completing the HVAC repair and then testing it to make sure everything was working perfectly. I only wish I had found this company 20 years ago, to eliminate all of the problems I had with my former service provider. Mackey Services will be my GoTo HVAC service company going forward!!
