I have rental homes and buy and sell homes as well. I had previously gone to other flooring businesses to get estimates and would spend a lot of time trying to get the best price. This ended up being a waste of time because Alex was consistently offering me the best prices. So now, I only call him when I need an appointment.

I have had him install laminate wood flooring, carpet, tile, showers, tub enclosures, wood floors, and even refinish existing wood floors in several homes. Every job has turned out the way I wanted and the prices were good too.

Sal conducted a professional and item by item listing of all deficiencies. The home inspection report was amazingly organized and very professional. Mr. Nieto did a fantastic job in identifying issues with our new home and he is very easy to work with. I highly recommend his services to anyone that is in the market of purchasing a home.

Very unprofessional. Had an appointment for 1pm and they arrived at 6:30 pm had to call several times only to get excuse after excuse as to why they were late. When they finally arrived one of them was extremely rude with my elderly father as well as with myself. Would not recommend them at all. The only good thing about it is they have good prices but other than that no thanks

I was looking for a specific granite for my master bathroom. Not only did they locate the the granite I wanted, but the vanity, counter top for the custom linen cabinet, and the bench inside the shower all were spectacular and EXACTLY the look I'd hoped to achieve. The undermount sink is not only beautiful, it is great to use, and meets all of my needs. I'm having the same one put in my 2nd bathroom. I'm CERTAIN I'll be just as happy this time. Professional, and personal service. Definitely BELONGS on El Paso's BEST.

Terrible customer service. I must have called asking for my bills at least a dozen times over the course of 6 months because I didn't want them to accumulate. I always go the run around - i'm sorry, that person is on maternity leave; or, that person quit; or, I'll send them right over; or, I'll email them. The person that answers the phone is young and rude. Other people in the business can't function on their own. To make matters worse, they've locked me out of my own fire panel by adding an 8 digit pin without sharing it with me. I cannot urge you enough to find someone else.

Very professional service, reasonable prices.

Not very knowledgeable about what they sell. But then to achieve that knowledge they would need to spend more time on the floor of the store instead of in their air conditioned office. The place is dirty and disorganized. And hellish hot. I've been more comfortable in boiler rooms than this 84 Lumber Store.

Reynosa carpet definately gives you the best bang for your buck in El Paso. I had carpet installed in a house and ended up not moving in. Well with the heat the carpet started to get loose and needed to be stretched. I called Reynosa Carpet and they came back and fixed the problem.

I was looking for a gas fireplace to put into the home I'm having built. Mike and Ken helped me while I was looking. And I actually ended up finding an electric fireplace that we liked much better. It looks just beautiful, and great price. And I won't have to build a chimney to put it in. We ended up choosing the Modern Flames 60 inch landscape fireplace. I can't wait to install it! We are looking forward to enjoying our fireplace towards the end of the winter season after our home is built. I would encourage anyone to visit KD Scholten and see what they have. We thoroughly enjoyed browsing all the interesting items at their store. And I'm sure we will find more items we can incorporate in building our new home. You will too!

We went to Padilla Homes for our first home. We had heard of how well built his homes were and drawn to his product. We wanted to make sure we had a great product that would increase its value. That's what we got!!
We are in the process of going to Padilla Homes for our second home! The process has been so easy and he is building a home to to fit our needs and wants!
We had an independent appraiser go to our home and he was happy to report that he hasn't seen such a well built home in several years!

I would recommend Wood Floors by Beto. It is a rare and refreshing experience to deal with honest people. Through my experience with them I met some of their family, as it is a family ran business. Beto Jr. came out and gave me an estimate based upon what we could be seen and gathered at the time: the house is 112 years old. A substantial deposit was left on a Friday afternoon at their store and the work begain the start of the following week. The crew arrived and was courteous throughout their stay. After enough demo was done on enough of the house to obtain a more accurate picture, it was determined that due to the condition of the floors the plan could not executed as planned. This is when I simply held my breath to see the outcome. Most companies would push hard for the up sale or attempt various methods to keep the deposit: not Beto. No they explained the circumstances. Finished the demo and left the place ready for whatever I wished to do. Turns out I ended up going a different direction and I let Beto Jr. know. Beto Jr. followed up on the matters and provided me with reasonable price for the work done then timely returned the difference on the deposit. No games. Just straight forward honesty.

Missed our extinguisher inspection deadline. (Not helpful to our business!)

My wife and I got in touch with Sal and he was able to work with us on short notice for an appointment. He is professional, patient, polite and personable. The inspection was very informative as he gave insight on proper maintenance and possible solutions to correct problems that arose from the inspection. He had a great amount of knowledge and it definitely helped to put our minds at ease throughout this particular process of the whole home buying experience.

Sal was very keen on the details in the inspection and at one part of the exterior he noticed something with the gas meter. Long story short, there was a leak coming from the meter on the side of the house. The gas company came in to correct the problem by replacing the meter and inspecting the gas appliances in the home as well. We did a short review of the inspection when it was complete and he insisted if we have any questions or need him to come back he would. He had the inspection report ready that night with clear descriptions and photos. I took him up on that offer and texted him on the weekend in the evening around 9pm and he responded within minutes. We both felt he was the best choice we made overall and his price is very reasonable! We definitely recommend Sal/TreSi Home Inspections!

These guys installed gas logs in my living room fireplace. They are BEAUTIFUL! (The logs, that is... :)

There were some cheap logs in there when I bought the house. The new porcelain logs are amazing. They put out great heat and they almost look real!

The installation process was quick and painless. The installer arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time (but not to early). He was kind enough to explain to me what he was doing each step of the way. I was surprised at how little mess he made and he did a great job cleaning it up.

This company is very professional and courteous. Highly Recommended.
