never never get this builder he takes advantage of you he charges so much ,builds only flat roof he takes his time go vacations ,you will receive house after 2 years ???or you may no get house he charges you 15% for rise in prices and when all delays he create he will let buyer pay extra charges ,i will have court complain , and at BBB, all builders take 1500 to hold lot he took 10000, so he can cut cut and give you some tip , when i asked him how much will you charge if things did not go right he said max 800$ for soil test , now he is charging for interest taxes , so his delays was planned , he is good in acting as professional and deceiving people , don't ever try get this builder, look at previous review people are suffering from him

If you want to hire a crook as a builder look no further. This guy will take your money, lie to you, never finish your house and charge you for things he won't even build. He was working on our home for 3 years. Most of which he and his staff was condescending to women would only want to speak with my husband and would never show up to the job site. They barely knew what the plans were and I sent pictures of the post tension cables that they cut all to get no response except to find tile put on top. They never addressed it properly and moved on. They would do subpar work and unfortunately we had to hire concrete guys to redo the mess they did initially. Had to rehire painters to redo their messes again. They lied about ordering things however had no problem charging us for it. Really what a horrific experience. Please do yourself a favor and hire an architect and professional engineer! Steer clear of builders!! Especially this one!

I've owned my Padilla home since 2007 and have been very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship over the years. I now have the home rented and can say, as a landlord, that it has been maintenance free. The quality of my investment is far greater than other homes on the market. Mr. Padilla takes pride in his product and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a long term investment. Other homes listed at the same price point are focused on size and not quality. For a 30 year loan, I prefer quality.
