Amazing home builder -- we custom built our home in the Tuscany ridge area a few years ago, and has held up perfectly since then. The home warranty service afterwards is also very easy to access.

We bought our home from MA Homes 5 years ago. And it has been a disaster. Very poor quality of work, from the flooring to the paint job, the electrical grid, the plumbing system, the toilets to the garbage disposal. All very poor quality of workmanship and very poor quality of materials. This for someone that claims to build (and charges the prices for) high end, top quality homes. We have had to repair and replace sooo many things in our house and every time we have a contractor come out, they are amazed at the poor quality of work and materials that went in to our house, that sure looks expensive. It feels like we have had to replace the whole house, but in reality it has only been about half. And the only response we have ever gotten was that they deny there was anything wrong with the work they did. I guess ALL the electricians, plumbers, flooring people, contractors ALL were wrong when they say this was horrible workmanship!!

They did Extremely poor paint job/finish for a company that claims to be quality builder. First had different shades of paint on walls, and ceiling. They said, agreed thats its a problem, and going to fix it. Then they came over, and tried to fix it, and they couldnt, and then they left unfinished job, and said they wont do it any more.
