It's a terrible builder. They advertise their houses as Quality and Luxury, when in fact everything is just slapped together and falls apart. Don't be blinded by a superficial look, when a brand new home looks polished. I would never recommend Winton&Associates to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE. Just got thru putting a new roof on because of design flaws in drainage, and fixing a broken water line because the cheapest materials that could have been used were used. They were also used improperly. Last month got a new garage door because it was close to falling off the wall. It had to be completely reframed because the original was not put in correctly and the door fell off the tracks. We were just lucky it didn't fall on one of our vehicles. Still haven't resolved the hot water cutting out in the guest bathroom. There are a million cracks in the stucco because they used the cheapest they could.
Of course, the builder warranty was expired even though it's only been 5 years. This kind of crap shouldn't be happening already.
Also, be sure to measure your vehicles because trucks DO NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE and the covenants do not allow carports. Two vehicle doesn't mean any vehicle. That was a hard lesson that I consider deceptive trade.
I would run in the opposite direction if I ever saw a home had been built by Winton. NEVER AGAIN!

customer service, the lady that picked up the phone hung up on me. I keep calling and she just hangs up on me.
