Constraction reviews in El Paso, Texas

What can I say- Escalante Enterprise is one of those companies that everyone should have the wonderful experience of dealing with. When my roof leaked, they were the only ones who responded to my service call. In the rain, they showed up and quickly gave me an estimate (that was very reasonable ) and scheduled me quickly for a new roof.
I'm glad to say that our new roof is Leak Proof and came out amazing.
Escalante provides excellent quality materials, and they have extremely qualified workers who speak positively about their employers.
Among many positives, I will say that Escalante Roofing always showed up on time. I received friendly reminders and I wasn't peeking out the window waiting for them to arrive. (Like SO many companies in El Paso).
It's worth noting that at the end of the day, the crew would meticulously clean up after themselves. (It showed that they took pride in their working environment)
Lastly, I was extremely impressed that days, weeks, and a month later, I received calls with follow-up questions from them wanting to make sure I was completely satisfied.

I've never had that experience with any company.

We "Highly Recommend" Escalante Roofing without a shadow of a doubt.

Thanks, Jessica, Escalante family, and Crew

Escalante Roofing Enterprise did a good job in installing a new roof in my home. Their employees were professional, efficient and trustworthy which is very much appreciated. Mr. Sam Pena Jr. listened to my concerns and kept me informed of the steps by step installation process. Thank you for doing a great job and for being reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend this business.

Escalante Roofing was hired to replace the roof on our 13,000 sq. ft. commercial building. From the estimating process performed by Emiliano Padilla down to them putting the final coats of paint on the trim they did an excellent job. Everyone of their employees was professional and Mr. Escalante himself stopped by to check on the progress and make sure we were happy with all of it. The work was professionally performed, and they cleaned everything up when it was time to leave. If you have roofing needs, I recommend them.

I had Escalante Enterprises replace my roof about ten years ago (2014). They did a great job back then, so I hired them again to replace my mom's roof last week and once again they did not disappoint. They do top quality work at an good price.

I want to thank Ms. Rosa, Jessica, Emiliano, Miguel, staff and above all Mr. Escalante who oversaw the project. The project was a new roof, replacing all the soffit and fascia. After several estimates from different roofers my choice escalante enterprises was the right one. Their responses, estimates and execution were very professional. Kudos to Mr. Escalante who takes the time as an owner to make sure the work is done right from the beginning to the finish. My corner home went from the ugly duckling to a beautiful home. what a difference. Highly recommend

Escalante Roofing, from start to finish, was professional and easy to work with. The owner explained what needed to be done clearly. They were prompt, efficient and the crew was very courteous. End result was a quality roof. Escalante Roofing is not the least expensive or the most, but their quality of work speaks highly for the company. If you are looking for a company who is knowledgeable, delivers quality, I recommend Escalante Roofing.

After experiencing a devastating flood, the Escalante contractors and Ms. Jessica Escalante patiently worked with us to get our home back. They took in all of our ideas, requests, and did an amazing job getting everything taken care of, including a second unexpected leak during the remodel. She quickly pivoted to help us modify what was needed to get that completed as well. Thank you for helping us get our home back!

Excellent service did a beautiful job very polite left us no mess we’re very very satisfied

My home is a 2 story with a 12-12 pitch roof, making this a challenging repair job. Escalante did a wonderful repair for my severely wind damaged roof. Would readily and repeatedly recommend this company to anyone needing work on their roof. Thank you, Escalante Enterprise!

I'm a first-time home owner, and never did I think I would lose my roof to wind here. I just started my family so I was worried, Emiliano helped me throughout the entire process and provided great service. I strongly recommend these folks

Great costumer service and very professional. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are just phenomenal in all their work from Emiliano, Jessica and Mrs. Escalante. They were always communicating with me from the first visit until the last payment.

Awesome locally owned company. Escalante did excellent work and was easy to communicate with through all steps of the process. If you need a new roof or roof repair, I highly recommend Escalante.

Escalante Enterprise has been fabulous to work with. They did our flat roof about 3 years ago. We had a small issues this summer and they responded within an hour fixed the issue and took care of the minor repairs inside. I would highly recommend them

My five year warranty is not enough for the amount of leaks I've had to deal with.

UPDATE: escalante came over to inspect the roof and gave me quotes to fix whatever problems we're currently on the roof. What they did not mention is that I had a huge bubble underneath my air conditioner where water was getting in. I'm not a roof expert but I can clearly see that as a problem.

We're very pleased with the job Escalante company did at our house. It's very hard to find a trustworthy company, especially seniors. There workers are there to do there job and move on. Again very appreciated and satisfied with your work. I know who to call or refer for a job well done.

We hired Escalanto Enterprises to put a new roof on our home in December 2025. They arrived promptly, The work was done very well. We had inside work performed at the same time and the young man that did it was very professional, friendly, and courteous.
The entire job took 4 days and looks great. They replaced wood panels on the roof, new asphalt shingles and metal trim on the house. The interior had part of the ceiling replaced, the ceiling's popcorn texturing was removed and a plain texture put in it's place. They removed and replaced our solar panels on the house, also.

I would highly recommend Escalante Enterprises. They are a great company.

Outstanding roofing company in ALL El Paso!!
I have been a home owner in El Paso and had countless roofing companies work on my roof in the past. Only to find out they were fly-by-nite companies and with the strong winds in Feb and March lost my newly replaced roof they installed.😬
Once Escalante Enterprise was recommended and they worked on my roof, I have been a very satisfied with thier work. All thier employees are professional, possess excellent communication skills, and experts in thier trade. I am now a loyal customer and proudly highly recommend them. Mr Emiliano, Jessica, Vicente and especially Mr. Jose Escalante thank you for a great job and your excellent customer service skills. You are the best in the West!
