Great company helped me with my insurance claim. Everyone was friendly and my roof looks great! I highly recommend them if you're looking for a new roof or maintenance work.

Escalante has done work on all my properties over many years. The best company out there. They are honest and professional. And I will continue to use in the future.

All of The services provided were well done. The owner and service personnel were very courteous and listened carefully to our needs. I had my whole roof replaced on January 7,2022 due to snow storm a now half of my flat roof came off again. 1 year after it was newly replaced. I called them about the warranty and they said they would only replace the part that was damaged by 50 mile winds on that Tuesday April 4, 2023
that half my roof came off it was only 1 yr i had it replaced They gave me 5 yr. Warranty but if they would only repair half the roof there for my warranty would then be void. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I HIRE THEM.

The insurance didn’t want to cover our roof but Emiliano kept fighting for us and got our roof paid in full! I am so happy and relieved to have found Escalante Roofing. I can’t recommend a better company.

They were very professional and fast. Love the result.

They replaced the roof from the storm / wind damage. They also replaced the Skylight. They did an excellent job. They completed the job on time and there were issues with the company. They also assisted me dealing with the Insurance Company. I definitely recommend Escalante Enterprises.

I’ve hired Escalante to evaluate and replace our roof, to do touch ups and patch walls in our house , and most recently they re-textured and painted our entire garage as well as replaced the weather stripping and organized our electrical around the garage door. Each and every time they’ve come to do a project they are a 10/10. Extremely responsive, diligent, clean, considerate of the space we’re living in, on time, reliable. And most importantly the workers who show up daily are always extremely kind. They show up when they say they’re going to and each project or job has been completed perfectly and without fuss! It’s not often that you get to just hire someone and step away, without having to micromanage every move and make sure it’s done well and correctly. Not with Escalante! They’re on top of it.

Sam. Went over and above to make this happen. Insurance company would not accept the fact that roof was damaged. Sam provided the evidence playeda huge part in getting all issues resolved.

2 months later. 2MONTHS Later. An exhaust pipe came off at the base which was part of what originally they replaced,And now the the are telling me The warranty does not cover this. Sounds like it was not replaced correctly.

Because it is weather related. WOW. I have. Referred several new customers to them . But now they want to change me too replace. So if the wind rips shingles are they going to honor the warranty?

I reached out to Escalante Roofing upon a colleague's recommendation. I had already gone shopping for quotes but nothing matched with the level of service i was looking for, and Escalante was the only one I felt truly comfortable working with. I worked specifically with Emiliano Padilla who was at my office bright & early with estimates and quotes ready to go within 24- hours of me reaching out. The communication was a 20/10 for me and their work was quick & clean. I will be recommending Escalante Roofing to anyone & everyone around me because they are truly the best at what they do. Happy to have found a reliable company for my home.

Escalante was very professional and got everything done in a timely matter, and were very clean. I would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs. They made the insurance process super easy and helped me thru everything step by step.

I recently had my roof replaced by Escalante roofing. My experience is a bit of good, dissapointing and a bit frustrating.l all combined. The job was started right away within a week of initial communication with them, the good thing, however it was calling, texting, listening to excuses, their meetings keeping them from doing certain stuff or answering me back and promises about showing up to repair, fix or finish certain details on a certain date and did not happen, again texting and calling was required again to kind of pressure them to come and dinish the job. It was until recently, mid July, remind you this job was started in April, 2 months ago. Barely this week I had to contact the office again, I say again because I had asked the initial person that stoped communication with me, second guy was just very helpful until final payment was collected and Interest died down until I sent an email asking for my paperwork and warranty hard copies. The thing that was the most disappointing was the false promise that I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket which I had. They said that they were going to take care of everything and communicate with my insurance and make sure I wouldn't have to pay anything, this wasn't true.
The job is done, there are a few areas on the rear section of my roof that need attention but I give up, I am beyond the point of even wanna go through it again. I finally received the paperwork this last Saturday july 27nth. Again job was done last week of April. I don't either recommend or not recomend Escalante roofing, I just hope you take my experience in consideration in your decision of who you grant an important job like this. Thank you for reading this.

I recommend Escalante to all my friends and family who need a roofer. Escalante worked with my insurance company to replace the flat portion of my roof after hail damage. They also repaired and painted the interior water-damaged garage walls and ceiling. It has been a year since work was done on my flat roof, and I have not experienced any leaks since. Escalante honored the warranty when one small (non-leak) issue came up. Upon reporting the issue, I was contacted by Jessica, and it was fixed immediately.

I would highly recommend Escalante Enterprises. I had a roof repair for storm and wind damage for my business and residence. High quality, professional , punctual, and clean. Their staff is friendly and always kept me up to date with the process. I would definitely hire them again for any further maintenance work or a new roof!

We were very happy with the results. They helped us work with our insurance company, saving us a great deal of money. They also did a fabulous job repairing interior damage caused by roof leakage. I recommend them most enthusiastically!

Escalante Enterprises did a great job replacing our roof damaged by hail a few years ago. Christian was very thorough and detail-oriented. Our roof looks great and we have not had any issues since it was replaced a few years ago.

Escalante is amazing! Jessica and team helped us with a home remodel last year involving structural walls/paint/electric/plumbing/flooring/molding/custom everything - bespoke everything. Well designed. High quality. Super professional. Love the product and the work.

Just had a new front/back remodel w outdoor lighting landscaping pergola car port construction and outdoor kitchenette. Again escalante did wonderful work. And they were open to easily change things/repair things until I / we were all happy w the final product.

They came in on budget

All Subs used were super respectful wonderful people

Can’t say enough good stuff

Had a water pipe burst at house and Escalante enterprises came in and took control of entire project and made it less heartbreaking than it was if that’s possible

Jessica and her team were right on it and was very lucky to have their crew as part of my life

The very best and thank you Escalante

We hired Escalante for a roof replacement and we are so glad we did. They were attentive; professional and kept us informed through the process. The roofers were courteous and cleaned up after every day. We are so happy we used them!

Escalante provided us with a new roof and professional service. I would recommend Escalante for your roofing needs. Esau and his crew of workers worked diligently explaining everything each day and the plan for the next day. The crew made sure to clean up all the areas of the property when finished each day. The quoted price was reasonable for everything we had done. I would not hesitate to recommend and use Escalante again.
