Very surprised by the other reviews as my experience with this company has been the complete opposite on several occasions. We desperately needed a big chunk of our drywall repaired after we had a roof leak where the water followed the beams down to our floor. We reached out and worked Alexis who was very prompt in responding. We had to wait a few days since their schedule was booked but his team came the day they were scheduled and showed up a little early. They repaired our drywall the same day and then returned as scheduled to texture and color match the wall. Because they did such a great job we requested they help with adding hardware to our kitchen cabinets. They scheduled about three weeks out to allow us time to order the hardware we wanted and when there was a delay on our end, they were flexible and rescheduled. Again, they showed up on time and did great work. We later had a plumbing issue that needed to be repaired urgently. We forgot about Meztizo and used a different plumber who quoted us a price and then charged us double when the repair was finished and left two large holes in the drywall that in his words "he's a plumber and does not fix nor does he network with any companies that can help with the job". We called Alexis and again he was very prompt in his response and we had a minimal wait for his employee to come out and patch the holes. Because at this time we were working with them from a remote location, Alexis made sure to send us pictures of the completed work and again charged us a great price.

Outstanding service and price. I had a good quality carpet installed three months ago and I am satisfied with the results.

After 9 months, we need this work completed with quality--not rushed simply to finish.

Terrible communication from leadership: Calls, texts, and detailed emails have repeatedly gone unanswered. We have heard about the company's staffing shortages, health issues, and family emergencies and have been extremely patient. Communication improved briefly, but the owners are again not responding. We are frustrated and very upset by how we have been treated.

No kitchen for 9 months: This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Our cabinet order was placed on hold month after month. We have incurred significant additional expenses for food and countertop appliances just to eat. No customer should have to live without a kitchen for nine months.

Countertop delays after payment: After the cabinets were finally installed and we made the final of three payments so countertop measurements could be scheduled, we waited another month for answers. We also paid extra for the countertops during earlier payments. Now, as of 8/10/26, we are being told the countertops are backordered because no one has them in stock. The company should have known this before collecting our money and leaving us waiting AGAIN.

Cabinet company issues were not disclosed: The first custom cabinet company came to our home, measured, and prepared renderings, but later stopped working with the company. We were not informed for months and only learned the truth after repeatedly asking questions. A new company was eventually found but was then told to delay starting our cabinets for at least two more months.

Unlivable construction conditions: We have spent months without full use of our bathrooms and have had to sleep in construction zones or hotels just to rest while work was being completed.

Repeated quality problems: We have repeatedly had to advocate--often while frustrated and upset--for the work we agreed upon. Faucets, tile, measurements, lighting, and the tub were installed incorrectly or with poor quality, requiring us to request that numerous items be redone. We are STILL waiting for the tile and stairwell to be completed.

After nine months of delays, poor communication, additional expenses, repeated corrections, and significant disruption to our home and daily lives, we urgently need this project completed correctly, professionally, and without further unnecessary delays.

After researching a few companies, I reached out to Epoxee on a Thursday to see if I could set up an appointment for a quote. They came by my house that Friday, provided a same day quote and started work the following Monday. My small project took two days. They were super friendly and Cruz provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company as my results were excellent.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. By far the worst contractor ever! Larry makes false promises, workmanship is subpar and they use the cheapest and antiquated materials available. There is no communication between the workers that are to compete the job or the customer and they show up whenever they want, without checking in when they arrive or leave. The work area is left a mess afterwards with materials and their cigarette butts too. Larry the owner has a terrible temper and when you provide feedback on their work he gets offended instead of taking accountability. Alexis, the son says he will do one thing but doesn't take responsibility either. There was many things not finished with the job they were hired to complete when he was given a list of these he just ignored them. Larry will give you an estimate and overcharge you, plus on top of that will not answer your telephone calls, and when he does he is abusive and insults you when you want to have a conversation.

Save your time and money and look for another contractor.

Jorge is amazing and worked with the my parents to install all that they needed done to make their bathroom and showers handicap accessible

The good is, Joe does great work. He's the floorer that's excellent in tiling but ALEX, he's another story looking to milk his clients unfair prices. I wish I could post different recommendations for both the owner & the worker because the worker deserves 5 stars.

I do not recommend hiring Miztiso. Please be aware that their practices raise serious concerns. They failed to complete the job as agreed upon, requested additional money beyond the contract, and did not deliver on their promises. For your protection, I strongly advise exercising caution before engaging with this company. Please be careful of these men. BEWARE ‼

We contacted Jorge after talking to several way overpriced "new shower in 24 hour " companies. New Shower 915 helped us design our look and pick out the tile. We also had the bathroom floor replaced. The whole package cost much less than the other offers. They were very thorough, courteous and efficient. The process took a week, but we know that it was done right. We now feel safe in our luxury shower.

Alex met his time commitment and my expectations. I had ideas on cost savings and he worked with me and did not try to upsell me. For theses reasons, I recommend his business!

My first experience with Wood Floors by Beto was in the early 2000's when they installed my living room floor. Then in 2007, they installed wood flooring in my master bedroom. Both experiences were professional and seamless.
Fast forward a couple of decades and a busted water heater and I am so happy to have connected with them again! Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. Maribel answered all my questions and put me at ease. Beto Jr. was just as I remembered him and he is still just as prompt and courteous as could be!
This time we were able to install beautiful hardwood flooring throughout my entire home- for me this was a dream come true!
The work crew led by Edgar arrived promptly every day, communicated with me, and were very respectful of my home and space. I work from home and was worried about noise and/or interruption but had no reason to as the job was done by experts. If you want professional quality hardwood floors in your home, this is the company to hire.

Requested a quote. Showed up to my mom's home and spent a total of 5 minutes assessing and never returned my call. Seems the job was too small and not worth their time. Shows this company is only interested in money and not helping senior citizens. Not a good business. Should have had the courtesy to return my call.

very bad decision going with this company very unprofessional and charge more than set price we knew a new house would have it's problems but they made it a nightmare dealing with this company been over 6 months from set date finish and still not finished till this day there's no communication on there end on what's done and what else needs done, beware of this company!!!
