Flooring reviews in El Paso, Texas

I recently had Floor Coverings International redo my mom’s flooring, and the experience was fantastic! They replaced the old carpet with beautiful laminated wood floors, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The team was incredibly professional, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch flooring solutions! They provide easy and fair financing! Fast delivery and installation!

We used Carpet One in selecting our floor tiles.
Kyle Gorham is a great person and was very helpful and very patient in our floor tile selection.
His installers were very good too.
They removed all the carpet from the rooms and moved the furniture so the tile could be installed.
They were very good in asking us how we wanted things done in each room.
They were also very good about cleaning up.
I would highly recommend Kyle Gorman and Carpet One for any carpet or tile done to your home.

Not helpful and quick to dismiss. If you are planning on buying from them as an individual take notice of their return policies in case you have leftover tile.

We had a great experience with Carpet Warehouse. Jim, the project manager, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through choosing our flooring. He took the time to explain all of our options, was very patient and friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. They were also very accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated.

Julian did an excellent job installing our flooring, and his assistant was also wonderful (we unfortunately didn’t catch his name). The workmanship looks great, and the whole process went smoothly. We would highly recommend Carpet Warehouse and this team to anyone looking for new flooring!

We had our kitchen flooring as well as living room, dining room, and hall carpeting replaced by Alex and Alex. Alex was willing to work with us on a special order for the carpeting, and he and his teams were very professional and efficient in completing the job as promised in the contract. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to others.

Epoxee did an incredible job on my garage floor. I’m normally a DIY person who tackles all my own projects, but their pricing was so fair — and their knowledge so solid — that I decided to hire them. I’m glad I did. The team was extremely professional, punctual, and made the entire process effortless. The quality of the coating is outstanding, and my garage looks better than ever. Highly recommend Epoxee to anyone looking for affordable, high-end flooring work!

We cannot express enough how helpful Matt was to us (my wife and I). They are super professional and accommodating. We were initially going to get tile flooring but this LVP was the best decision. The flooring came in very quickly. We had absolutely no struggle with the service whatsoever. We had installed flooring for all of our downstairs and upstairs. We ordered molding for the trim and stairs. Our home looks amazing.

Edgar, Chito, and the boys were awesome! Quality professional work with a smile. Completed our floors flawlessly faster than expected. It is truly hard to find local businesses that can start a job, let alone finish in time with excellent results.... These guys are up to the task! Absolutely loved the work and will definitely call them again in the future.

I called them looking for a tile they manufactured. I had the exact SKU number of the box of tile. They had no way of looking it up, or referring me to anyone that might still have the tile in stock. How does any legitimate company these days not have the ability to look up a SKU number?

Great place. Have been there twice, but just picked out hard wood for our new home, which we just started laying down. Oscar and the team are most knowledgeable, professional, patient, and helpful. They’re simply the nicest people you’ll interact with as well. Took the time to walk me through the process since I was new to flooring. Answered all of my questions, informed me of things I didn’t even know to ask, never got frustrated. All in all, a great experience. And the price was very fair, and wide range of inventory. If I had to do it all again, would do the same. Get your flooring here. Plain and simple.

Alex & Alex installed new carpet & new kitchen floor in my home. They were very professional with attention to detail. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a top notch job.

I highly recommend Carpet Warehouse on Doniphan; sales, timing, and installation; the entire process went smoothly from beginning to end. Reach out to Diana, she is the true meaning of strong customer service. Diana is knowledgeable about the products, responsive, helpful and ability to address customer needs. There was clear communication, and I appreciate her for working with my difficult schedule. I must also mention the installers arrived on time, fully prepared, very efficient, and professional. The overall service quality was truly exceptional, exceeded expectations and I would come back again. I LOVE my Plush Carpet, Thank you.

I couldn't be more thrilled with the bathroom remodel! From start to finish, Jorge exceeded all my expectations. He is very professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. He took the time to listen to my ideas and offered great suggestions that made the space even better than I imagined. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. Everything was completed on time and within budget. I’m so happy with the final result. Thank you New shower 915 LLC!

Great work. Fast, attention to detail. Polite, honest.

I had an excellent experience with Epoxee from start to finish. They recently came out to my home and did an outstanding job applying an epoxy floor in my garage using the “Night Fall” flake, and the results are better than I imagined.

What really stood out was their attention to detail. They didn’t cut any corners—they properly diamond cut the concrete to ensure a strong bond, took the time to restore and repair the existing cracks, and prepped everything like true professionals.

Communication was spot on throughout the whole process. They were clear, responsive, and walked me through every step. I was also really impressed with how fast they got me a quote—within the same day—and they even had availability to complete the job the very next day, which was a huge help since I needed the garage ready before moving in.

If you’re looking for a company that takes pride in their work, values your time, and delivers a high-quality finish, I highly recommend Epoxee. The garage looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I look forward to using them again in the future.

Claudio and the team at Epoxee exceeded my expectations. I have a design and construction background, so I am very particular. I did a ton of product research and shopped other local companies before choosing Epoxee. I got clean, high-quality work, done quickly, and at a good price. Can’t ask for better than that. I referred Epoxee to my Cousin who also had his garage treated and is super happy. Pick up the phone and call them!

Hired Epoxee to do garage on two of my properties First property was a garage virgin concrete and they prepped the floors the right way and installed a fresh epoxy with flakes, amazing work!!

The second property some other comoany installed epoxy floors and was horrible bubbles all over the garage. Epoxee then came removed old epoxy and prepped the floors and installed the new epoxy with flakes. I will attach both projects!

I just wanted to put this down. I have been dealing with Mari and Oscar of the El Paso office for many years now. I have always received the most courteous of services attention and care. But this last job - the quality of attention and the wood flooring product surpassed anything i have had with any supplier. Our clients and I are extatic at the process and the finished installed product. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first experience with Wood Floors by Beto was in the early 2000's when they installed my living room floor. Then in 2007, they installed wood flooring in my master bedroom. Both experiences were professional and seamless.
Fast forward a couple of decades and a busted water heater and I am so happy to have connected with them again! Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. Maribel answered all my questions and put me at ease. Beto Jr. was just as I remembered him and he is still just as prompt and courteous as could be!
This time we were able to install beautiful hardwood flooring throughout my entire home- for me this was a dream come true!
The work crew led by Edgar arrived promptly every day, communicated with me, and were very respectful of my home and space. I work from home and was worried about noise and/or interruption but had no reason to as the job was done by experts. If you want professional quality hardwood floors in your home, this is the company to hire.

Flooring by Alex is a top-rate flooring company here in northeast El Paso!!! They get a little busy this time of year so you have to be patient. But once all the details are worked out, they come to your home and in the blink of an eye your floors are transferred don't get me wrong, they're not cookie Cutters they really get down to the details, if there are any glitches they have great customer service and they will come and fix any slightest little detail. Mr Alex himself will come over and get on his hands and knees and fix the slightest little detail and if he's not available hey will send someone who is very knowledgeable and helpful! This is a five-star company in I highly recommend Flooring by Alex!!!

Could not have been more impressed with Beto and his team! From the start of the project all the way through they were kind, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly RELIABLE! They were on time to every appointment and the installation work was perfection. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!
