We are very happy with our new Palo Verde Home! The customer service is excellent! (Kudos for Cecy!) The quality of the materials and construction is great. All the cosmetic details that needed to be fixed were taken care of right away in a professional manner by all the contractors and PVH Warranty Team. The design of the house is really nice and met our expectations. We would definitely buy again from PVH. 100% recommended.

We experienced a few issues with our home, but the warranty department handled everything exceptionally well. Their service and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. Gerardo took the time to listen carefully to all our concerns and proactively inspected every detail without needing to be asked. The team was professional, extremely clean, and took extra measures to prevent any future problems. The quality of their work, along with the care and dedication they demonstrate, goes far beyond what we ever anticipated from a builder.

Yvette was amazing to work with. She was so patient and knowledgeable during our color selection appointment. She really took the time to help me choose the colors and finishes I wanted, and she even looked up homes with the options being presented so I could better visualize everything. She made the whole process feel easy, exciting, and stress-free. I really appreciated how kind and professional she was. Highly recommend Yvette and Palo Verde Homes!
