Done Right Roofing and Construction
About the business:
After years of working in the construction industry, Manny Ramirez decided to start his own company, Done Right Roofing and Construction, with one goal in mind: to provide the El Paso community with quality, affordable roofing and repair services they could count on. Living up to our name, we approach each job with a customer's best interest in mind. In fact, we won't even collect any forms of payment until the job is done to your satisfaction. If you're looking to save money and add value to your commercial property, your flat roof could be a perfect candidate for our durable, economic spray-foam roofing installation services, but our full list of roofing, repair, and general contract work mean that we can help with just about any construction your home or business may need -- after all, there's only one team to call when you want things done right.

They ignored on several calls. Estimator never arrived when he said he would. Had to call them back 3 times. Finally showed up took measurements and said I would have my estimate by close of business that day. No word. No call. No email. No text on the status. Nothing. It has been 5 days.
Official response from representative 10.06.2021 14:32We're sorry for the miscommunication, Bruce. Our team works hard to ensure situations like this do not occur. If you could please give us a call, we'd love to resolve this: (915) 412-0525. Thanks, Manny R., Owner -

Very professional, polite and outstanding work. They sprayed a polyurethane roof for me this week and did a great job for a great price. The owner was prompt with the estimate and very good about keeping me up to date on the work being done. Manny pulled permits for their work and the inspection was done the day after completion of the roof.
Official response from representative 21.09.2020 17:43Shane, that's the trifecta you can always expect when working with us. Communication is key, so it was our pleasure to keep you updated on our progress and work efficiently to complete your roof. If there's anything else we can lend a hand with, please let us know. Thank you, Manny R., Owner
