Legacy construction cheated on materials listed on contract: OSB 1/2 was paid for as per contract but they used cheaper priced OSB
The roofers did not do proper measurements so the whole wood structure was not aligned and falling off. -

I reached out to Legacy on a possible roof repair and found the staff to be knowledgable and courteous. Their prices are comparable. They were highly recommended from past customers. I appreciate the "live" consultation since it seems computers and AI have inundated customer service.
