My experience with Frias Shower Doors was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Alejandro, the technician, came to my home, made confident promises, and guaranteed his work. However, when the contract was sent by the office representative, Emily, it did not include the full scope of work discussed and did not reflect Alejandro's promises--if anything, it said the opposite.

When I questioned the contract wording and asked for modifications, Emily abruptly stated they would not do the work. Within seconds, I received an email confirming the work order was canceled. There was no attempt to clarify or resolve the issue.

Afterward, Alejandro messaged me saying he could explain the job step by step for a fee, which came across as condescending and inappropriate.

This entire experience felt dishonest and shady. Verbal promises were made, contradicted in writing, and when questioned, the company simply walked away. Proceed with extreme caution.

Baker's Glass did an excellent job replacing the glass in my mom's broken kitchen window. We are very happy. The gentlemen who came out to do the repair were so kind and professional. Even the staff I spoke to via phone and email were great. I highly recommend them. Thank you Baker's Glass!

Raul and Dude were very professional. They came out, measured my double pane picture window, called back with an estimate the same day. In less than a week, they came back and installed it and did an excellent job!

I wish I hadn't wasted my time, but after reading these bad reviews, I said to myself, "No wonder!" I called them and Raul came out. His eyes bugged out at the sight of my big dog. He told me to lock up my dog and I tried to explain that the dog won't leave me alone. But I would try anyway. So no, the dog wouldn't let me drag him away. What people like this don't understand is that our dogs are our protectors, especially at the sight of strangers. My dog is trained and once a workman enters the house, he's all good. So I told Raul to send someone else and shut the door. When I called the business, he told me rudely he wasn't going to send anyone at all. So yea, Baker Glass lives up to its reputation.

I dropped off a broken window with the sash attached, and I expected a window with the sash attached in return. For the past two years I have been calling to have the rest of my window attached only to receive very few calls back that they could not find me in the system.

I have kept at it here and then and I have been visited once.

Their manager told me themselves they couldn't help me because they couldn't find me in the system. Yet I paid for service two years ago now.

I have since found my receipt and as you can see below they said they could not help me because they falsely claim there is no mistake on their end.

Since I have sent a photo of the receipt to the manager they all of a sudden can't help me after two years of calling and calling.

They simply did not finish the job and refuse to finish it and have given me the hardest time about fixing it.

There's a mistake and in two years they have refused to correct it after multiple phone calls and exactly one visit to witness their own mistake.

They said the best they could do was charge me $700 to fix their mistake. Their phone call rep swore up and down that they'd never repair a window without the sash and that's exactly what they did to me.

Definitely reporting to BBB.

No stars! I went here to ask for an estimate to get a bedroom windows glass replaced. They put me on the schedule for the next day. I had an appointment so my mom waited at my house. She waited 2 hours and no one ever showed up. I called the company, and the guy didn't know what was going on. He said he will call me back after he found out what was going on. He called me back within a couple minutes and told me the guys who were supposed to go to my house to do the estimate had an emergency, but he didn't elaborate. He said he also called his supervisor and his supervisor would come to my house within the next thirty minutes. The supervisor called me about 10 minutes later and told me he was on the Far East side and didn't know I was in the northeast and he wasn't going to be able to make it. He asked me if I still wanted somebody to come out to do an estimate and I said yes. He said he will call the Montana location and schedule something for Monday and would call me back but he never did. This company is a joke. If you want service I suggest you go somewhere else.

Gave me a date to come out for an estimate and then said it was scheduled for the next day. I was ok with that, and was looking for a time frame. When I got transferred to another man, I was told they have no schedule and he cannot get to me until sometime later in the week, but he doesn't know what day or what time.

I asked for clarity and he kept talking over me. His tone was rude, degrading.

All I asked for was a repair estimate, and an accurate day/time so we can work out the scheduling issue. The man I spoke to then said he didn't know who told me that they could come out (today) (I called last week). I then said I didn't get his name. Then I asked who I was speaking to now, and his response is "I'm the Manager. You're speaking to the manager." Again, no name.

He said "Do you want us to make the repair or not!" I said "yes, that's why I called in the first place. I've used Baker Glass on Dyer St before and so liked the service." He kept speaking over me. Our call ended with him telling me if I am not willing to "work with them" then to call somebody else. I asked for a recommendation of other companies and he said "you can use your phone and find out."

I miss the people on Dyer St. They were professional.

Thanks to this ordeal with the east side office, I do NOT Recommend Baker Glass anymore. The Manager himself ruined my experience.

I needed a beveled glass table top to replace a broken one, and Baker Glass delivered, literally!

I called several businesses, and the prices they quoted me were outrageous!

Baker Glass' quote was less than half of what their competitors had quoted me, and they also delivered for free, in about 12 days.

They also took away the broken table top, which helped me because I had no idea how to dispose of such a heavy and large piece of broken glass.

I recommend Baker Glass without any hesitation, or reservation whatsoever. They are amazing!

Lousy installation. First, window was correct. Replaced one glass bead with a horrible used piece. Never gave the option of getting the original bead to match the other three sides. Worst part is the song and dance about it. Left pieces of glass everywhere so our dogs could step on. Rush job. Had repairmen return and one of them just gave evasive dishonest answers. Very disappointing. Emailed our subdivision to NEVER work with the Lee Trevino location.

Needed a glass top for a custom table I was making out of a car wheel. Made in less than 1 day. And way less $ than I expected.

Terrible customer service. Run poorly by manager "Manny". Did not resolve issue. Do not use this company. Very poor experience. Unorganized, delay in readiness of product, did not offer a discount due to poor coordination from staff, and no communication skills or conflict resolution skills. They recommended I seek someone else instead of offering a reasonable discount for these people dropping the ball on several occasions. Do Not utilize them. Run.....

I recently bought an old Mercedes, and it came with a broken side mirror. I drove in 15 minutes to 5pm and Manny asked me to drive it to the back and he got someone to work on it right away. A few minutes later it was done. Service was great and the price was awesome. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family..

These guys hooked me up with a 28 *20 piece of glass 15 mins till closing no questions. Awesome customer service! Charley B

Took my car to get a pretty bad chip/gash in my windshield. I needed to get it fixed immediately. They were fast and reasonably priced. I chose this business because it seemed less expensive than other windshield repair companies I found online.

after remodeling my bathroom my contractor suggested I call Baker Glass for installation of the shower door and a window between the shower and the bath tub (replacing what was there before). They came out looked at the shower and told me I would have to cut the quartz ledge or they would not be able to install the shower door. so, like an idiot I paid the quartz peps to cutoff the edge on both sides so it would look symmetrical. Made an appointment to go to the show room to pick out the glass and so on... picked it all out, showed them where I had cut the quartz as directed, and they wanted to come out one more time to make sure they had the right measurements. When they got there to measure again, a new man was with them, telling me they would not be able to install a door unless I had the entry way squared off, bust out the tile and wall and rebuild the entry. Needless to say I was pissed! I called the office and was told they really didn't know and would have to look at it again! So here they come again, and the same results except I didn't need to cut the quartz!!!! so I talked to the owners daughter, told her how pissed I was and that I was going to ask some other glass places for quotes. A week or so later after talking to other glass peps and contractors I was told with the shape of the shower I could most likely do without a door, maybe just the window. Called the owners daughter back asked that in light of everything how about installing the window at a discounted price, since I paid $200.00 to cut the quartz, that did not need to be cut. she agreed to give me a discount (their discounted price was the same as other glass places regular price) she wanted to send one of her experts to measure one more time, met him there and they ordered the glass, made arrangements for it to be installed today, it was the wrong size!!!!! it hung over the end by about 2 inches, called the daughter back and she told me to take my business elsewhere!!!!!!! I did nothing wrong, they screwed it all up and they want me to take my business elsewhere. I will, and I will send them a bill for replacing my quartz ledge!!!!!! never do business with them, use Alamo Glass instead!.

Showed up, no greeting. Gentleman working was on the phone having a conversation, never even turned to look at us. There was an older gentleman waiting in front of us, he told us he had been standing there for 20 minutes. Unbelievable. Luckily, my glass was already on the floored so we just informed the busy man we would be taking it. It was until then that he turned around

This company is outstanding. they are normally able to get you in the same day. I have used their services three times and they have all three times been neat about their work.
