BEWARE!!! GreenScape FAILS to respond to Recalls!!!!! We’ve encountered issues with the new sprinkler system and with the new sod they installed in June, 2024. Since August 19, 2024 we’ve made numerous phone calls, texts, and emails requesting their return to repair the issues which both carry a written warranty on the contract of 10 years on the sprinklers and 2 seasons on the sod. Carlos has chosen to ignore and is non-compliant on repair issues. Greenscape does not honor their contract warranties and is a FAILURE on Recalls! BEWARE!!!

Outstanding Job, From the start just taking to Carlos and telling him what I want he listened with detail and got it done. Amazing crew I was amazed with the result. I got my front yard done by them and I had multiple recommendations, even though there was some review that threw me off but I decided to go for it and Im super glad I did! The pricing are good and the quality of his work speaks for itself.

GreenScape did an amazing job on transforming my barren and neglected back yard into an inviting space. They were communicative and responsive, never leaving me without answers to my questions. They designed and executed exactly what I described and wanted for my back yard. I cannot wait for the opportunity to work with them again. Great team of great people.

My yard was to the point where I didn’t even want to look at it anymore because of how overgrown it was. Carlos was able to completely revitalize my property and make it look new. He took out some garbage I had in the back and sharpened up my property! Don’t be hesitant to hire GreenScape for your Landscaping needs!

I am writing to formally address my disapproval with the way GreenScape El Paso Landscaping has managed my project and the lack of communication I have received.

In May 2025, I hired your company for cement laying, pergola installation, and gate door installation. At first, the project moved forward as expected, but after I paid an additional $2,000 at Ricio’s recommendation, the workers stopped showing up. Despite multiple requests, I have not received an updated invoice reflecting this payment.

The last update I received was on August 1, 2025, stating there was a supply issue with the gate. Since that time, I have made numerous calls and sent multiple text messages seeking an update, but no one has responded. I have also been unable to reach Ricio directly.

This complete lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I expect a prompt response regarding the current status of my project, along with a detailed updated invoice. Failure to provide this information will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter further.

El Paso Greenscape did a terrific job rehabbing our front yard and repairing our sprinkler system in the backyard. They are very attentive, friendly and professional.

Nobody ever showed up for appointments, three separate times.

Their workers are unprofessional. They show no respect to property owners and they do subpar work!

I just called to ask for a quote for 210 sq ft and they said they don’t do small areas.. A little sad that they couldn’t help me out.. oh well on the the next one

Made an appointment at 4 pm today for an estimate. Arrived and the office was closed..very unprofessional.

0 star experience, show up late to estimate appointment without a phone call, never returned said estimate, woman answering the main phone unhelpful...

Friendly service. Always help me with my needs (rock is heavy). I like the early hours.

Don’t listen to Angies list and all of those websites. They never showed up to our estimate even when we called and they told us someone was on the way.

I went in on a Saturday morning to get some screening and the Bobcat operator hit my truck I asked to speak to the manager or owner and he was out of town I took pictures and sent them to the only person there and said he would send them to the owner I left my information with him and since then have called back twice and the owner/ manager is never if they are not going to do anything about the incident just let me know
