Horrible! It’s very disappointing that a job can’t get done the right way. I had a big crack in my stamp, took forever for them to actually show up and fix it, when they finally did it was done poorly didn’t even match the other stamp and it sticks out from the other stamp. The job was done very poorly. Very upsetting!

Horrible customer service and work. Never get anything done here. They change us $140 for our 2 palm tree and they are dying in less than a month. They don't have any warranty of any kind. So we just trash our money by hiring this people. There concert work is horrible as well. I will never ever get anything done from this people. Horrible service and over change.

Had the front yard landscaped by J & J. They did a phenomenal job. Very professionally done. Shout out to Mireym. She has awesome design ideas.

Hired them to change my landscaping from high maintenance to easy desert landscape. Loved them from day 1. Mireym Barraza made the process easy, she knows her landscaping, plants and will tell you honestly what will work and what won't. They don't cut corners, stay until the job is done and Mireym Barraza is onsite a lot to make sure the job is done correctly. Workers were all pleasant as well. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend, the staff Enrique and Suzette were great. They were professional and knowledgeable and helped with the type of landscape rock I was looking for. Over all, good value for your money.

I had a limited budget to work with and Mireym Barraza and her crews installed my landscaping with professionalism and hard work above and beyond my expectations. If you're looking to do some landscaping I highly recommend J & J Landscaping. I also recommend asking for Mireym. She is very personable and professional.

I have been doing my own landscaping in my house getting most of the material from this place for a very good price, they always answer my questions. The old man in the back is a humble person and he's always there to help me. If you know how to do work I do recommend this place.

I would highly recommend JJ landscaping. To start, Mireym Barraza was the only estimator, out of a few we asked to come out, to not only bring my backyard landscaping vision too life but kept it at a resonable price. She and the landscaping workers were very professional from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable, patient, efficient and were actively involved before and after the fact. The crew put pride in the work they did and constantly checked in with me to ensure their work was to my satisfaction. My finished backyard landscaping not only met but exceeded my expectations.

I visited this location on 3/24/2015 at about 3pm, i walked in this young lady was sitting at her desk yapping her mouth and laughing aout. I looked around for 5 minutes and she never took her ass of the phone to ask anything. I went in there to request an estimate for a new home and her unprofessional behind didnt even bother to say anthing. poor operations and professionalism. sad i will do everything in my power to discredit this company

THE ONLY COMPANY in El Paso that actually makes appointments and shows up. They did an amazing job and were very punctual. They were helpful with concrete when it came to leveling awkwardly because of our gate.

They did an amazing job putting in irrigation, river rocks, and the trees.

HORIBBLE!!!!! Unfortunately my builder uses them for landscaping new homes. I have over 4 dead plants in the front of my home and everytime my builder sends them out to replace them, they show up and tell me the plants aren't dead. Even the darn cable guy noticed they were dead when he arrived and thats not even his specialty! 3 visits and plants still havent been replaced. On this last visit they had the audacity to tell my builder that the leaves weren't dried out but changed colors due to the weather changing. I didnt know leaves turn from green to dark brown when the weather changes. Please DO NOT spend your hard earned money on this company. I encourage you to look elsewhere.

Oh gosh they were terrible. They did a decent job, then put our firepit too close to the house so it was a fire hazard. Then had to call them out for another project so our stamped concrete would match and it didn't. It was just Terrible. Don't let the good prices fool you please.

ANGIE'S LIST made a mistake - I tried to give J&J Landscaping some work. The Lady answering the phone was rude and not very knowledgeable (zero phone skills). She mentioned that they don't like doing small jobs, but, couldn't properly explain to me what a small job was to them (money or design).

I later found out that my landscape job was a medium to large project in the low 5 digits, monetarily. I quickly hired another company with a very simple process of estimating the work, picking out a design and agreeing on a price and time frame. I feel lucky that J&J wasn't interested in my project.

Bought some small rock and during the last rainstorm, the color was washed away. Sad to know they deceive customers like that.

No point in scheduling an apt with this company. If you dont answer your phone day of to confirm they will not come to your house. Terrible customer service. If your going to confirm an apt you should do so the day before and you should still come by the house especially on a weekend apt. people are outside doing yard work playing with dogs not waiting on your phone call as you ALREADY made an APT. What is the point of making an apt if you as the company arent even going to show up ?! Better yet tell your customer this is your policy so they will know to keep their phone on them. Complete BS they didnt even show up

Went to their location last Tuesday. Walked in and a young lady was there to ask if I could be helped. I said I needed an estimate on some landscaping of my backyard. She just wrote down my name, address and phone number on a post it note pad. I thought that was weird. Then my wife and I walked around looking at rock samples. 5 minutes later the young lady says, “Someone can go Friday. “ I was like, “4 days to get someone out? Ok?” She talks to some other lady across her work area in a weird corner. She asks what time, I say 10 a.m. In a nutshell they never showed up. I kinda knew it. Red Flags Everywhere.

This has been the worst landscaping experience I have ever had. I had ordered grass for my front yard and they delivered dead dry sod. When they came to lay it down no one had even rung the door bell. It was simply a hit and run. And their response from day one was that there is no warranty. I kept explaining, even welling to show them pictures from day one but the boss still refuses to even talk to me after three weeks of trying to resolve it without going to court. I have even ask Classic American Homes to talk to them and it was simply "it your problem" response. Don't support bad businesses. And if with Classic American homes or any other agency request a different landscape company.

Would rate them less than 1 star if I could - Ordered Cobblestone 1-3 inches and they delivered Cobblestone 1-8 inches including a 10+ inch size Boulder and many rocks that were not even cobblestone. Have been trying to talk to a manager for 2 days now but they have no pride in their business or morals to even talk to customers to fix mistakes. This business is a huge scam, falsely advertises, and have no regard for customer service. Huge waste of time - do not waste your money

We got an excellent quote and went ahead with the job. Other companies were quoting almost double. Although the job wasn't finished when promised (it was around the holiday season) once it was completed it totally exceeded our expectations. Mireym delivered on everything she promised and personally made sure the job was complete. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs a landscaper.
