This company over exceeded my expectations. I knew exactly what I wanted . I called on a Friday Mireym met with me on a Saturday to give me an estimate. I stopped by the office mid week to leave a deposit and my backyard was completed by Monday. Everything was prompt clean and exactly what I asked for. Thank you J&J Landscaping!!!

Horrible customer service. Myriam came out to my home to give us an estimate, she said she would email it to us the next day and nothing we had to keep calling them to ask about our proposal. We finally received the supposed proposal a week later. I had some questions on it so I emailed them back and nothing no response whatsoever. Twice I emailed them and today I called to speak with Myriam and they said she was there but busy with a customer I then left my name & number for a call back and nothing. Its like they don't want our business we have to be contacting them instead of the other way around. I will take business somewhere else thank you for nothing again horrible horrible customer service I'm surprised theyve stayed in business..

Had front yard and back yard of two of our homes done by them before. Got an estimate for some more yard work but smaller section. Been waiting over a month for a date they can start the work. Have gone in person and called and everyone just says I will get a call back. Never have gotten the call back.

They did a fantastic job on our backyard. We will definitely use them again for our front yard. The price was unbeatable and about 65% less expensive for the same work, another company quoted me for.

My goodness where do I begin...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It's like pulling teeth to get them to show up!!! Myriam came to my house to give me an estimate on landscape updates. Prices sounded reasonable and I used them for services previously,so I thought I was in good hands. WRONG!!! I promptly called to make my 1st appointment and managed to get the day off work . I waited and waited and nobody showed up. I called and called asking if they were going to come do the work and was told they were not going to come because it was going to rain. I haven't seen rain around here in 3 weeks! Did anyone bother to call back asking to reschedule? No. I should have moved on to another company, but held out hopes that they would return. Weeks later, against my better judgement, I called again to reschedule. Again, no one showed up or called. I called the company to ask if they were coming because I managed to get that day off as well. I spoke with Myriam and she informed me that she did not recall giving me an estimate, had to look through her files and that they did not do small jobs. I was floored!!!! I don't know what has happened to this company over the years, but I'm sure this is not the type of service that Mr.Lomeli would want for his company. I do not appreciate wasting my time and energy or having others waste my time, as it is valuable. At this point, I would not recommend using their services. I will take my business elsewhere. So disappointed!!

This has to be the worst business in the area when it comes to customer service and professionals working in this work place J and J Landscaping. I have tried to schedule an appointment for over 3 weeks to have someone come and work on my irrigation plumbing where my back flow valve they installed is leaking. Each time I call I get a different answer of when someone will be coming out. I’ve talked to the manager who will give me a day when they will have someone out and a no show every time. Don’t wast your time with this company you will be disappointed.

Unreliable. I had an appointment to sign the contract and they were a no-show. They never called to reschedule, apologize or just a courtesy call would have been nice. They don't care about losing business or bad reviews, I guess. I guess I lucked out because if you see below, most reviews are bad.

Called these guys back in 2022. Ricardo was the guy that came. He said J&J didn’t do maintenance yard work. I ended up hiring him to do a covered driveway and gave him a $1500 deposit for materials. He took my money and stopped responding. It was always some excuse for the delay or someone was going to reach out and no calls or texts.

I ended up finding someone else for my yard maintenance work but still didn’t find anyone for the covered driveway and the $1500 was more hassle than it was worth to recover.

Waste of time and money calling this place. Never again and would never recommend.

The worst ever!! They make appointments on Saturdays to cancel them. My mother in laws Saturday appointment was rescheduled. We meet with them and they tell us they will call Monday to let us know when it will be installed. No one called. I called left a message for a call back, no one called. Called on Wednesday no call back, called Friday, no one called me back but someone showed up to my mother in laws house out of no where to install. Seriously! What if we weren’t home! They dropped the rock off in the street did a small section about 30 minutes of work and left. I had to call back to see when they where going to return to finish. And guess what… no ca back! But randomly show up to finish!! Now it’s my turn for my house scheduled a Saturday appointment, no call to reschedule but no one was there for our appointment! I was already there!! 30 minute drive for nothing! If it wasn’t for the dumb contract would have never called them back after the first experience. Stay away they do not operate with integrity nor value your time!!

One and done. Won’t be using again. The lady did not know which type of rock I was trying to order. There was a price displayed for the gravel I wanted. When I questioned the total, the lady let me know that price is “out of date” and THEN went to remove it. They did not honor the displayed price. Even after that, we were charged wrong and had to go back. Delivery fee is pricey for it being close by our home. Delivery itself was not optimal. While the driver was trying to be careful not to block our garage (After we said it’s ok too, we preferred that) he dumped some gravel into our neighbors yard. Maybe I’m just being picky, but the truck left tire marks all over the drive way. We’ve ordered rock from another company and this was not an issue. No major issues, but not exactly satisfactory service.

Purchased newly constructed home landscaped by J&J landscaping 6 months ago. Overall looks nice. Really poor job leveling ground before laying rocks and it easily shows now.

Ana was amazing to deal with! From the initial message to inquire about pricing and delivery, she was professional and quick to answer all questions. She also set up delivery and got me delivered day of and earlier than expected! Deivery driver was also quick and delivered to 2 different spots my crew needed the rock at. Thanks!!!

So impressed with this landscaping company since the NEW OWNER EDGAR took over! The customer service was outstanding, and the work was done with care and attention to detail. My yard looks better than ever. Definitely a company worth supporting!

Great experience with this landscaping company under the new ownership! The team was professional, responsive, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and everything was left clean and well-done. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

When we first purchased our home from Tropicana they referred us to J&J since they are the ones who do their landscaping they worked on our backyard and even charged us more for a TERRIBLE job, they placed rocks without even properly securing the tarp underneath and even had missing rocks in certain areas.. Our concrete even cracked a year later which means they also didn’t even do that job. I will attach a picture for reference! PLEASE AVOID THEM total disappointment and when even explaining the bad job they did they took months to come out and not even fix the issue. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES FOR ANYTHING. A year later we did our backyard again with turf because of their terrible job and services.

We had such a great experience with Edgar and his landscaping company! They installed turf, a sidewalk, and cement pavers for us, and finished everything in just TWO days. I was honestly so impressed with how efficient and organized they were.

The turf looks amazing and completely transformed our backyard. The sidewalk and pavers came out super clean and really tied everything together. The crew was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail the whole time.

We’re beyond happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their yard!

Responded quickly to my inquiry at first. He set up a day and time to drive by and see the property to give me a quote, that didn’t happen, life gets busy which is understandable. We set up a second time for him to stop by the house and possibly start working on it, he never showed and my texts went unanswered. Quite inconsiderate especially when we move our schedules to be home for services.

Sprayed herbicide for weeds, a pre-emergent that got rid of all the weeds on the concrete and in the landscaping. Six months later, there's still no growth. Best investment ever! It's super reliable and great price. I'd totally recommend it to family and friends. Jaime was very punctual,professional and friendly.

I highly recommend Jaime. Promising work! My backyard was covered in weeds and pine needles. Aguirre Lawn Service did a wonderful job at cleaning it up and quickly too!
